My mother started colouring her hair since her 40th birthday. My hair slso started greying before marriage in 29. Initially I used to colour my hair for 7-8 years, then hair loss started, after 2023 July I stopped colouring my hair, all my health problems, vague body pains have reduced. My mother is very angry and have stopped talking to me as I have stopped colouring my hair. When I went to meet her after a long train journey, she was so angry and was so cold response of not colouring my hair. My mother at the age of 70, colours her hair, and still wants to look young. Still complaining, crying about her old age. She said she is disowning me from the family property and money. My mother who is now a widow still colours her hair and is not talking to me. She is most unhappy.

I agree with you. I have never coloured my hairs, almost 60% of my hairs are white. Also, since last 6 months have stopped cutting my beard. It helped me to get out of “How am I looking” syndrome, saved me time which I was spending in front of mirror and boosted my confidence as I no longer need to think about what I am wearing, how am I looking.

I started colouring hairs & moustache in the age of 40 under fear of loosing job ( private multinational company's middle management job ) though I never liked the idea of colouring it. Now I am retired & 60 years of age. Now I don't colour it. Now I am bald & kept beard, moustache. I never colour it. Some People of my age, senior than me call me as uncle after looking my white hairs. But I don't bother it or not feel bad. I never explain my age to them. May be my hair started greying due to stress or sinusitis I dont know...but it started early in my 20s. I had immense hairfall also. But never did I color my hair. Even when friends advised me to do so. I am going to be 37 now...and I have less hair...all salt n pepper look..beard also...but I never colored. People do complement me for my salt n pepper look.😁

Hello,✨✨✨✨✨✨✨✨✨✨ You gave me strength ,,confidence and courage to my dicision to continue my 'no hair coloring ' journey,,😃 Im 55 years lady,, Ive stopped dyeing my hair since last year,,95 % people wants me to color my hair again... And Im telling them Im what I'm,,dont judge ne by my looks.. I M IN MY ACCEPTANCE JOURNEY ,As I'm in some yogic practice,,and this was my very bold descision to stop coloring ,, You showed me tht Im on my right path,,now I can relate why this happened,,what is the reason and effect behind my this decision. Respected sir, First of all I want to thank you to give guidance to all of us and really whatever u said in the video is very much true as I use to tell my wife that on sunday to colour my hair and now after seeing your video as u said leave it for two months and then see. I will ofcourse do that and you are true that at this age to whom we are going to impress. Really sir hats off to you as your videos are on real based things which people can very much understand and now that’s up to them whether they can or not❤. Thanks a lot to you Sir. I feel one must dye the hairs in brownish colour, as long as one is in Service to ensure presentable appearance. Dye is not at all intended to look young as your age can't be hidden. Dying of hairs makes an impression that you care for presentable personality. If with white hair you are in job market at age after 55 yrs because of the circumstances, your chances will be affected. If you are totally retired or running your own business above a particular turnover, it is not at all essential to dye. Tie & dye are very important in the working ( employment ) period. Your opinion has limited validity,Sir.
