While most points are good but I strongly desist from salaried job as slavery. This comes from a backdrop of newly sprout new age company where hire-n-fire is the policy. There are several companies where employee satisfaction is kept at the highest priority. I'm at an organization for past 15 years and it has the highest 'welcome backs' in the industry. If we're to look at entrepreneurship as a profession are they also not slaves to the manpower or resources ? They too are at the mercy of man, material, manpower.

Practical wisdom which comes from years of experience. Senior people have them but youngsters don't seek them. Seniors don't educate them because "unsolicited advice has no value." There are nuances to practical wisdom, a wise person is thus valuable for everyone. Awdhesh Singh ( Retired IAS officer, Revenue Service ) is another such person giving such pragmatic advice on Quora. He has written a few books too. Hope this would be helpful for curious people.
