I was in Florida a couple of weeks ago and did some shelling during low tide. Huge Cockle shells were just laying on the beach. I am usually around PCB and usually only find broken Conch shells and I still haven't found a Welk yet.

Why does it seem no one likes the penn shells? I know they are super fragile but the iridescent colors are so beautiful.

I'm going to Sanibel Island in two weeks, I'm going to shell! Do you have any recommendations? What time should i be on the beach? Where to look for the conch and spiral shells?

Do you go out the morning of the super moon (full moon) or the morning after. That's what I'm not sure of.

I live on the Treasure Coast, and was going to take my daughter over to Sanibel. Can anyone tell me if the shells are always there or just parts of the year?

There was a shark in the water at 2:15
@jackcarson9686 жыл бұрын
A piece of her hat got in the video and her shadow was there, I'm not sure what you were seeing but there was no shark and even if there was, the chances of being attacked by a shark are so low, so there's no reason to worry/be scared of sharks
