the N S E and W blue are separated by the red line vertically and the grand line horizontally the red line is a big mountain that that physically blocks you east to west and the grand line blocks you north to south because its so dangerous to go through, also the scale of the map is way bigger than you guys were thinking the grand line covers pretty much the whole equator of the world

Almost. The Red Line and Grand Line intersect the 4 cardinal seas diagonally. North is primarily in the North. South in the South. East and West, we can assume are a little less literal, presuming a longitudinal rotation.

No Spoilers, so the thing is, you cant just enter and exit the grand line as you please for normal people. You'll see that in the coming few episodes, as nami said the entrance is in the mountain (somehow). The grand line is a Huge stretch of ocean that goes round the world, intersecting the red line at 2 points, the entrance and the end. For anybody to enter the grand line, they sail around their respective ocean (North South, East or West) to come to the entrance at the mountain, this is the entrance to the first half. Oda gonna show you guys how it works before you go in, trust. 👏

A lot of your questions get answered/made clear in the show very soon. I'd just like to say that I personally wouldn't make it a habit of asking the viewers for info 😅 people are way too passionate and get way too excited to share their thoughts/knowledge of this show. It's easy to slip up and overshare. You guys seem pretty chill with spoilers based on what you've previously reacted to but everyone's bar for what a spoiler is is different. I've already read a few that I think went a little overboard with information but I admittedly try to avoid everything I possibly can when I'm getting into something new. The world building and it's many mystery's are some of the best parts of One Piece imo, know that Oda is very good about eventually answering questions he creates with his story telling. Even these questions you are having in the video are intentional setup for an exquisite lore dump/pay off coming up in the near future.

To my understanding the crew has to follow the path of the grand line to fine Rogers "One Piece". The 4 seas are separated by the red line which is a literal continent that goes all the way around the globe in one straight line. The grand line is a dangerous path with islands scattered throughout it that goes in a perpendicular direction to the red line, as shown in that picture in the episode

Once in the grand line you can’t get out just by sailing out, you have to go through or turn around. It’ll be explained soon. Everybody comes to the grand line because the one piece is there. Idk about the whole east and west blue things. But the grand line is where all the steppers are from all seas.

The show explains how it all works after this arc as they cross to the grandline so need to spoil that but can answer that yes the east and all the seas are huge they have tons of there own islands each so generally people would live in just there sea, most people only live in there island like the ones from namis town and luffys town that’s why it’s a big deal then setting sail alone, congrats on 10 k too

You can think of the grand line and the red line like our planets equator and prime meridian

Once Nami explains how to get into the Grand Line things will make sense. The Grand line is essentially the equator, and the Red Line runs perpendicular to the Grand Line. It creates 4 separate oceans (E, W, N, and S). Those oceans are very isolated from each other, and it is very difficult to to from one to the other.

The Grandline is this world's equator. It wraps around the entire world and separates the oceans into North and South. It's a sea in and of itself and is where most pirates and Marines are, there are islands and countries in the grandline. There are reasons why you can't just casually travel in and out of the Grandline but that will be explained later on. But generally the strongest pirates end up in the grandline because they're competing for the One Piece. Each Blue has thousands of islands in them but right now we are following the Straw Hat's journey so we're only gonna see a few of them. The One Piece world is said to have millions of islands, some populated others completely unexplored. The grandline itself also has thousands within it, just to give you a scale of how big it is, but it is smaller than the Blues

The grand line is that little strip in the middle. Its like the equater. And in that strip of ocean there are plenty of islands and countries. Its hard to get there and leave because there are obsticles in the way. They have to try to circle the globe and search for the one piece within that strip of ocean.

Think of the Grand Line as a giant current that keeps going, similar to in finding nemo a little bit. You can also look at a one piece map to get a better idea, just don't look at islands to avoid spoilies. Also there are islands in and out of it.

The way the it is separated is the grand line being horizontal and a treacherous body of water than normal ships cannot pass through safely, and the red line blocking the way vertically as a big mountain/wall. And they the grand line is huge basically think of the one piece globe being 2-3 times the size of ours and the grand line covers the equator in a huge chunk.

To answer your questions; the Grand Line is a long stretch of sea that circles the whole globe and separates it into two halves, and the red line is a long cliff that circles the globe in the other direction, splitting the globe in half the other way and making the entire globe separated into four quarters, known as the East Blue, West Blue, North Blue, and South Blue, which are all separated from each other because they can't cross the red line or go past the Grand Line to get to one of the other seas. The pirates who go to the grand line to find the one piece aren't just crossing past the grand line, they are in the grand line and they travel from the entrance and all around the globe in a circle on this strip, going island to island until they go halfway and get to the red line again, where they have to cross it to get to the second half of the grand line, which is wayyyyy more dangerous and tough than the first half. If this is confusing, you will definitely come of understand because of how long the show is, which will give plenty of explanation and time for you to understand.

I wouldn't think too much on it because it will kind of explain how the Grand Line works soon. But the North, East, South, West blues are huge with countries of their own. The Grand Line is basically it's own Blue, and it's nearly impossible to travel across it vertically. Gol D. Roger was the only one to conquer everything inside the Grand Line. So they're not going from East to South or anything, they're going around the world inside the Grand Line.
