The town still has a law that regulates how loud the horn can be and when it can be blasted. A lot of places have those local rules, Flagstaff is one larger place that does.

0:56 Since when did an F Unit have that embarrassment of a horn that we heard? Real horns can be blown at less volume by partially opening the horn valve.

Take a look around on the channel. There is a lot of footage of what you speak of. That is the Santa Cruz Big Trees and Pacific Railway you are talking about, it connects to this line but it’s a different railroad.
