This country should not have any homeless problems. Or matter of fact, no one should be living on the streets. It's sad to see people, especially families literally living on the streets. This country suppose to be too good for this to happen. Sending homeless people here and there will not solve the problem. Everyone should really give a hand like volunteering to help build facilities for the homeless. For the people who have a roof over their heads, please find a better way to give a hand instead of just saying or letting the upper people handle it their way because it's not working. Homeless can happen to anyone. No matter what your situation is. It's not just the people on drugs. Homeless can happen from a lot of reasons. Just remember that! We're living in different times.

The majority have an addiction. They need to be confine in a mental Institution where specialized personnel can place them or obligate them into rehabilitation but for that we need to change the law. Those who steel and have criminal records have to go to jail, and in jail they have to go into rehabilitation.
