I love that you guys react to Everlast. He is so underrated.

Extremely under rated, shame that almost all the reactions are what it's like, he has so many tracks that are even better, great to see a different one like this

Carlos Santana is a favorite on guitar for me, right up there with David Gilmour. Thanks for reacting to this one.

Carlos is still one of the greats, remember him from Soul Sacrifice (Woodstock 1969), Black Magic Woman etc. He sounds great even playing the blues parts of this song! A great song and never heard Everlast but he sounds like the old soulful singers of blues clubs, can see him wailing away to a small but crowded club with the dim lights and smokey aura all around. Another great song to remind you that we are stars but like all stars we burn bright but do fade away and make the most of your time here by leaving your lights on and shining as brightly as long as possible. The tone of this song created such a great atmosphere. Thanks for another gem and another great reaction by both of you.!!

hey nice channel you have here. about this song, I had heard way back in the 90's that Everlast had a heart attack and this song is about the fear he was having,

If I remember correctly, everlast wrote this track after suffering a heart attack or something like that. Makes sense, given the overall message in the song, I think.

Yes, he was on his deathbed when he wrote the song amid a massive heart attack because of half of his heart doesn't function.
