I just binge watched a ton of your guides and I found them all to be really informative and entertaining to watch! They help motivate me more to want to start getting in shape and hopefully one day become a wrestler! Although I have a chest deformity where my chest caves in a bit and I know with exercise I can strengthen my chest and improve it, but do you have any idea if that type of deformity could have a bad impact on wrestling?

I'm not too familar with the chest deformaty but I'm certain Kofi Kingston has something to that effect. Also early UFC fighter Tra Telligaman. Check with your Doctor about the physicality of the sport and do some research on those two.

I actually have the same. It is called pectus excavatum. Unless you chest goes all the way in, you should be fine. I am able to go just fine, but mine isnt too terrible. I would consult a doctor, and if he doesnt think it is bad I'd say your good.

I actually liked the sell at 1:40 where you sort of went flat. There's a lot of ways to sell a DDT and make it look great but I actually kind of liked that one the most!

Every sell in pro wrestling is basically a back bump or a front bump. But that's the hard part. Most of us averagely built dudes can't take that much beating to the body on a repetitive and regular basis. Execution is basically doing it most safely to the opponent (and "fakely") with utmost originality and impact. It's like any other stuff, you are either talented in it or not. It is more risky than real fighting. I'm a Karate 3rd Degree Black Belt and Sensei. This sport is second to none if choreographed right.

@@shameronstar7220 Yes, it hurts a lot, I have tried taking back bumps on my bed, fake chair shots and all, it hurt like hell. The stardom you get from being a pro wrestler, whether it's worth the pain (or risk) is something to be considered seriously before joining the business.

Jake had tremendous form, but it is a two person show. The person taking the DDT can really make it look devastating. If they are “bad” at selling, it makes the DDT look sloppy, IMO.

Okay, I am watching these out of nostalgia from when I was a kid and doing this stuff to my classmates (and actually hurting them a LOT). Your DDT method is great for show and not hurting anyone, of course it looks a bit different when you're drilling some poor bastard's head into the pavement (I should be ashamed but hey, I was 12 or 13). However....your DDT off the ropes was OMFG righteous! You need to trademark that sucker.
