Here is another tipp for others if you want to farm Insectoid Gold Wings a bit faster. In the video Brent walks over to the event "The Hidden Nest" (5:34) kill all the wesp guards there, they also have a chance to drop the gold wings. They spawn instantly when you kill them so a really fast weapon is nice to clear all 50 of them. But be careful not to kill the nest or the event will be over. @BK Brent: Really good video man! I love it and you helped me out quite a lot. The ending was also really nice, good job and keep doing such good videos! :3

Note that this video was made on version 1.03. Its possible that Basara's recycle rate will change in a future update. Or maybe there will be a new HNM that gives Dark Crystal 100% of the time. Or maybe there will be free DLC that gives you every single material needed for any and all upgrades +_+; Anything can happen in the future. So keep in mind that these were the best ways to farm at this specific point in time.

Better way to farm Golden wings is go solo online mode in nightmare at the Tumble Road hit the area boss (but dont kill him, you need to reset him if he's almost dead) and kill his spawn alongside respawning regular bee's it's faster and more efficient this way. And for solo "online" mode you don't even need PS+ And if you so desire you can level other weapons as well to a certain point (Actual Update Point is 3.20)

if you can pin this that would be great. for the ps4 (idk about the others) there are 2 add-ons, both free. the first one is an enhancement pack, which gives you tons of materials for enhancement, and then there is the transformation pack, which gives you the items needed for a tier 1-2 legendary sword

its really helpful for their 2 legends, I'd recommend getting tier 2 first with this and then work on their 3s so you can be ready for the tier 3

maidik Already spoke about this in the video. Edit: can you not spam my comments section with stuff I already covered? I make sure to be very thorough when it comes to this kind of thing. Second Edit: The way you put it is misleading "All transformation material for tier 1-2" makes it sound like you get everything needed for all tier one and two weapons. In actuality you only get up til Dragonscale or Gold Wings. Which is 75% of tier 1 and less than halfway through tier 2.

John Cain The stars on the base weapon doesn't matter. You can only get 5 star legendary weapons by refining them once they're created. (Note what I said in the video about tier 1 legendary not being able to reach 5 stars)

Kyle Gilland Red Events just appear when they feel like it. It's possible that there is a cycle but I'm not too sure. I usually try clearing other events or sleeping. Both of these ideas aren't guaranteed to unlock this Red Event though so it's probably best to keep an eye on that spot while you do other things in the game. That's why it's a pain to make it appear. Not a helpful answer, I know. But there isn't really an answer to this question.

You're probably right. I'm using a +9 Ascalon now and the damage is still somewhat the same to some degree. I haven't rerolled my legendaries yet as this is my first attempt at getting the 100 DCs. I can barely go on in the DLC1 areas until I get my Paragon & Enigmas.

Nope. The legendary system is a tree so you can go there directly. But I made this video in a way that minimizes the amount of farming you need to do if you want all Tiers.

i had a lot of trouble triggering that myself. im assuming you dont need info anymore for that since its been 3 months but i ended up finding a way i prefered more since i didnt have to waste time trying to trigger a damn event for hours so i ended up farming NM Loyal Sabers or whatever they are in southern ultana desert. i found them to drop every 5 or so kills although i dont know the actual rate atleast i was actually getting progress instead of wasting time trying to trigger a event that i had no idea when or how to get it to would pop.

i platinumed lost song but this one is proving a bit more grindy im on the demonic remains farm and OMG is it taking forever......5 hours of farming and i only got 1 of them.......theres got to be a better way to do these legendaries since this recent patch...its just information is soo hard to come by for this game i think because its still pretty new. andrew creel All NMs drop it. But it is 5% so it's pretty rare actually. If the drop rate is frustrating you, you can get one from the Material DLC

It's exactly the same for me. In my whole 500 hour HR life, I've only gotten around 7 from those slimes. (Granted I didn't really farm them that much) But hey, have you considered getting the Material DLC? there's 1 Aetherial Ore in there for free. You Just gotta keep recycling it by using Basara.

hi, I transform weapon that using dragon scale then fail. I transform again but my dragonscale decrease from 16 to 6. I transform use basara. so why my dragon scale lose when fail transform :(

Muhammad Saipul Rohman It's not a 100% success, so sometimes it fails. If it fails, don't save or log out. Hit your PS button and close the application, and then go back in and try again. Only use log out or travel with the map when you succeed and the recycle succeeds.

Yuuji_Eucliwood Use ATK Buffs, Strong Weapons and SSCs. 2Hand Sword has Super Armor on a lot of it's Sword Skills so it allows me to be disrespectful and power through all it's attacks.

Jamar Jackson Load a cross save? there's a few that have good recycling but not nearly as good as Basara. Wolff or anyone with a high recycling attribute will do

Spectral Impure Souls can be farmed in same way as Dark Crystal. This was already covered in the video.
