No they didn't intimidate us....hotels get very expensive book far in advance

The biggest snow sculpture is made in a month by the Japanese defence force every year. Their army.

I was there! I loved Sapporo although it looks a lot like San Diego but with tons of snow, not exactly the traditional japanese experience, but from there I flew to Kyoto and that was a whole different story, that's the Japan I wanted to see. But still, I had such a great time in Sapporo and the snow festival
