I'm from Brighton and I lived in LA for a year, and I understOOD the fatigue feeling of not knowing anyone. It was also the feeling of wanting to experience the new things I was doing in LA with my friends and family who I already have relationships with and want to make new memories with - not to say I didn't want to make memories with new friends but it just didn't hit the same yaknow?

I had mild acne that never went away. At 25 I went to doctor, and I got to use isotretinoin (name of the medication type, not the product). I had to be on it for idk 10 months or something, you couldn't use alcohol while at it, but it honestly fixed my issues for good in 2 weeks. I don't know if it's legal in your regions but recommend at least looking into it if you're reaching desperation.

the movie thing is so real i think about it a lot. Especially animated movies. We don't need cartoons to look realistic as possible!? Like how the recent disney movies are very 3dish characters. Guys no. When it comes to skin care. Yes it's about food. Also just wash your face twice. One to massage. One to take off of the dirty. Rinse, make sure you put that water in them pores. Then dry, DRY, DRY. Replenish with moister. I suggest. One regular lotion and put castor oil on top. It's about cleaning and replenishing. The body ain't automatic. If you want that good skin. Got to do it manually.

Madz, try benzoyl peroxide gel for acne, I swear it helps. I also have PCOS and I struggled with acne for 5 years until I tried it (went through a phase when I thought it was aggressive skincare, too, took spironolactone, birth control, was on a low carb diet...this was the only thing that helped).

8:52 along with the hormonal side of it, you may have been damaging your skin barrier for the first time by washing it with a cleanser. You kinda would have to let it heal with a simple 1 or 2 products or even none to let it breathe at this point🥲 then you’d know, but I assume it’s a mix of stress, hormonal issues and the skin barrier issue

Doctors misdiagnose, and prescribe ineffective treatment all the time. Aestheticians do too babe. They cared about you and believed in the treatment plan prescribed. I do hair but I know people in the industry.
