I don't think she ever will get out of prison, pretty much no matter what sentence he gives her. The minimum is still pretty long, and she's already in middle age. Most people don't live all that long in prison, even if they die of completely natural causes... I don't think she's likely to outlast any sentence he gives her.

I’ve never seen a judge ramble off obscure case law & legal president off the top of his head like Kraynick. He’s as sharp as obsidian & I expect he’s taken mental note of Sarah’s lack of remorse, her continued jabs at Jorge & his family & her weekly abusive letters that showed a complete lack of respect to her past attorneys, OCJ employees & the court itself. He’ll listen carefully to victim impact statements from Jorge’s family & Sarah’s self serving plea to the court for leniency. He’ll be diligent & will look to find any redeeming qualities in Sarah’s character or some other mitigating circumstances before taking it all into consideration & issuing sentence. Then he’s going to slap her right in the mouth with a minimum of 30 years.

I analyzed a small part of what she said to Judge Kraynick in a hearing from 5 months ago (I haven’t finished it yet, as it ended up being a *RABBIT HOLE of epic proportions),* so I’ll either finish it or just post it here later, as is. When you analyze her statements, it’s just like everything else about her: shocking. If the Judge was able to listen close to all that she’s said to him & others in court & in her letters, and if he had time to reflect on it (she talks fast and her verbal abuse is covert at times), I think he will give her the maximum sentence.

Judge Kraynick is a very fair and knowledgeable Judge. He was very considerate with Sarah Boone throughout her entire case and treated her with respect (not that she deserved it due to her shenanigans). When her final attorney joined the case, he stuck to his guns and did not give an extension because he does not play favorites. Based on how he was throughout the trial, with both the State & Defense, I truly believe he will hand down the most appropriate sentence based on the facts of the case and on Sarah Boone’s level of responsibility for causing Jorge Torres’s death. My hope is she gets LIFE and is denied parole at every appeal hearing.

In her case, Sarah will not get parole. I'm glad she was dumb enough to reject the plea deal. That won't mean she will not write a bunch of letters demanding to get the plea deal. She did it when she wrote letters mentioning bail and requesting her phone back.

I have quite a "crush" on this Judge. I've never seen any professional so dignified and respectful. Yet, he wont take anything out of bounds. He has been so transparent yet empathetic, I'm just amazed. You can see his gears constantly turning, he is looking at every angle of things and not putting up with any manipulation. He could easily run on ego, but he is so humble, yet extremely fair. He has really tried with Sarah, he really has. She has NO boundaries but he is forcing her to. Cannnot say enough good things for him. I live in Pinellas County, Clearwater, Florida and I'm proud he is a Judge in our state. I'm sick of paying for Sarah tho. Geez.

We like Mike! Haha Seriously though, what really impressed me the most about the Honorable Judge Kraynick was his ability to speak to everyone in the courtroom, attorneys, law enforcement, defendants and the lay person in such a way that was easy to understand. Knowing he teaches brings it all together for me because he was very instructional with the way he operated in session. I was thinking he'd make a great professor! He was more than generous and fair to Boone and I think he's going to "drop that gavel on her ayysss" but he'll do it within the parameters of the law. I'm sure he can find his way legally to send this woman away for a long time....

He was the perfect judge for the Looney Tune Boone case. I fear if she had another judge, she’d have been allowed a lot more leeway. J. Wooten, the one prior to J. Kraynick, was an example of that. He allowed her BS way too long and way too much - he wouldn’t stick to his word - he let her to badmouth basically his coworkers right in front of him and did nothing - he allowed her rude behavior, etc. She was allowed to act like she was the one in the courtroom with the final say and all the power. She said she was “praying” for a new judge after trying to get Wooten disqualified - not realizing Wooten was a pushover. She thought she was upgrading with Kraynick and that she could start her BS all over again like it was day one - so much so that she smirked at the cameras when exiting. So it was quite satisfying watching Kraynick smack her down several levels, metaphorically speaking of course, after thinking she got her way again. She never smirked the same way leaving the courtroom after that. Anyway, I made a very short story quite long. But man, can you imagine if Wooten or another judge not willing to put her in her place, judged that trial?! I don’t think we would have even had the trial yet. And I think she and her lawyers would have been allowed to run amok during it. Nor do I think (and I realize we haven’t gotten to her sentence yet) she would get anything over the 22.5 year minimum under Wooten or someone like him. She probably prayed to get Wooten back after J. Kraynick came aboard. Thankfully his intelligence and strong knowledge of the law also helped make an appeal pretty much not possible. So, for Jorge’s family, for her son and ex husband (and the rest of the free worlds) sake, Kraynick was the best thing that could have happened.

December 2nd is coming up!!! Felt like forever away and now just 9 days to count down. I also think a long sentence is deserving. The final rig pulled out from under Sarah’s feet. Prison is her next home. I hope Bryan has the strength to say no and her son will also set the most healthy boundaries as well. Sarah will be in the safest place possible for her son to try and live a normal life. Bryan owes her nothing and nothing is exactly what she should get by actually having to lie on the bed if consequences she created for the first time in her life. She’ll still blame everyone else and I don’t think her brain is capable of accepting any blame but she’ll have decades to live in that place called denial.

God forbid - but if I were ever in a position that I became a defendant or a plaintiff or a witness - I’d, without a doubt, want Judge Kraynick or someone very similar. He just seems like a good, down to earth man, aside from being a judge, aside from being very intelligent and very prominent in his career as well as his community, he just seems like a great, normal, level headed guy. He seems like he says and thinks and feels what most of us do - obviously he doesn’t say it like we would 😂 but he seems to be on the same page as the average person watching and listening to the same thing he is. Plus he has just the best smile. He seems like he’d be a great dad. ♥️

Judge Kraynick has two small children, and his wife is an excellent mother, including teaching them at home while shut down during Covid, and he will know instantly how bad Sarah was as a mother. If she tries to get leniency from him because of her son, he won’t allow that to influence him, except for keeping her in prison long enough for her son to be at least 40 before she gets out.

SURPRISE, the motion that Owen's filed for a new trial was LATE. She was convicted of 2nd murder on October 25th. Owens had 7 days to file a motion for a new trial. Owen's filed the motion on November 4th, which is 10 days after conviction. Owen's can make a new motion after sentencing for a new trial but must do so within 30 days. Owen's knows that there is nothing appealable, so the only way to get a reduction in charges is with a new trial. If the judge is a true advocate for DV survivors, he will see through the BS boone claimed during trial. I am a DV survivor and always believe those who claim DV. However, I never believed boone. The evidence in trial proved me right. Boone was and is the agressor. She dominated Jorge. She semi dominated Brian. She tried to dominate the case, which, for a while she was with the constant change in attorneys. Boone is not going to go down quietly. I foresee the day of sentencing that boone will use her time to talk as a way to bish about everything and everyone and probably make more false claims so that she can be seen as the victim.

Judge Kraynick would completely get my support. Not because of the Sarah Boone case, he is professional and handles cases rationally. Idk if these are good enough words to describe him, I'm pretty tired.

Kraynik just stated on this case January 1st 2024. There was an issue in January 2024 (status meeting - motion for continuance) - shortly after Mr. H asked for dismisse.

Excellent info! Thank you! Judge may not take kindly to false claims of DM. I really like him! He'll give a proper sentence. Lawtuber "Lawyer You Know" knows well of him and speaks well of him, too. Let's end this with Sarah Boone.

...nice comment, but I dislike LYK immensely. His lukewarm "devil's advocate" position on the Sarah Boone case turned me off to him. I unsubscribed to his channel. JMHO.

@@prasnlrdsheilawalker5241 that's a great description of him: lukewarm devil's advocate. he is like that in almost all cases he covers and is almost always on the defendant's side. i can't stand him either
