This is a part 1 of a 2 part series focused on Barre style movements with Q Coach Sarah Kusch. Sarah brings in a bit of cardio into the mix on this one and helps you get more of that sweat going! Come sweat with her and let us know how you like it.. Its only 25 minutes!

Here we are summer of Covid 2020. Classes at gym opening soon. Been doing cardio and weights but no classes. I totally enjoyed Coach Kush and her easy to follow effective routine. Great Instructor personality. Thanks Kush!!

Her workouts are so addictive. She pushes you and gives great advice on form and posture so that you're getting the most out of the w/o and you're not injuring yourself.

Love love LOVE this workout! Coach Sarah Kusch is the reason I am subscribing. She is fabulous. I'm sweating like crazy but I loved every one of those exercises. I'll be aiming to do this weekly! I also agree though, the sound quality was terrible. More barre workouts from Coach Kusch, pretty please!

This is one of my favorite go-to workouts. When I was exercising regularly for two years, these barre workouts actually got somewhat easy for me and I would do them on lower intensity days. Now that I'm getting back on the fitness bandwagon though, oh my goodness, I'm sweating buckets!!!

yay! I love you! I'm also a coach and I'm very picky when choosing my programs and coaches here on youtube and to be honest I dislike almost every coach other than Jessica Smith and Denise Austin, but I absolutely loved this program. Effective and safe, plus you're not annoying! I'll be trying your other videos for sure.

This is such a great workout! I did this on top of two other strength training videos for your legs (about 10-12 minutes each). So tomorrow, my legs will be jello!!!! This was perfect!!

Great workout, Coach K is very easy to follow, her bubbly nature helps you get through the tough parts. However, Qinetic, you dropped the ball on the quality of this video. That constant scratching sound can get irritating pretty quickly. I'm surprised that you did not pick up on the problem early in the recording, because it happens every few minutes. Please be mindful, this takes away from the viewer's experience.

I totally agree with Liolia. There are so many trainers I don't like to follow. Sarah is just so lovely, I can't wait to work out with her next time. Her advices, voice and encouragements are just so good. And Really like she does all the exercises with us, not stopping or anything, showing she's sweaty too, or it's hard. For 2 months I've been workout out with her regularly and will continue. Really hope she will do more videos, please?
