Izabela Emanuela Not sure if you are being derogatory towards her having Calvin’s mattress on the floor, or the people complaining about his mattress on the floor... However, coming from another mother’s perspective, I would much rather my son roll off of his mattress with it being on the floor, vs. it being elevated in a bed. Bed frames serve little purpose anyway.

Wait, I’m so confused. I very vividly remember seeing your kids rooms, specifically Ivy & Ellie’s room when you hung stuff on their walls and vacuumed their floors. I think their rooms were shown in another declutter or cleaning video actually. I easily declutter with my kids around. I tell them about the importance of having a neat home in which we can be comfortable. They get overwhelmed with clutter so they help. Also knowing that we hand down/donate to others (most times we actually know who our items go to) they feel good about helping. (Which it’s not always just about used items, we buy new toys during Christmas to donate and the kids love picking out the toys to give). It’s about teaching them good habits.

This is not a big deal necessarily, but please do not joke about "your OCD" if you dont actually have one. It's a bit disrespectul for people that suffer from it on daily basis. And you can 't always tell from outside who has it and who dont. Your orderliness and preference for tidy environment can be described in other words (like i did). Regardless, you are amazing, and I love your content and I wish everything best for you 😊. God bless!
@autismenlightenment4 жыл бұрын
Real ocd sucks but there is a personality type that is similar called obsessive compulsive personality disorder. It has more to do w personal preference for order and cleanliness and perfectionism. it's not a mental illness. It is possible to have one or both together. I have both. My ocd is pretty much under control but I still want order in my home, especially now that I have a baby on.the way. It may come down to are you controlling your life or is your life controlling you?
