I just had the hardest couple of days I’ve ever had to experience. My fiancé was admitted to the hospital and got so bad that they have to transport him entirely across the state for around a month at the least. We live together and I have the worst separation anxiety ever and these past couple of nights have been horrible sleeping alone knowing he should be there. I’ve been crying nonstop for the past 4 days during this and I still have at least a month to go. This video helped me so much in distracting me from myself and helped me be able to actually feel able to sleep which I haven’t gotten all weekend. It’s really hard feeling so alone and people like you who do everything like this (to help people in situations like this where anxiety and being stuck in our heads makes it so difficult to function) are absolute godsends. I am so grateful for you and all the asmrtists on here and every other platform for making the hardest part of my day so much easier

If you can “feel” her hug, “research shows that hugging (or any welcomed touch) has various health benefits, such as lowering heart rate and blood pressure, reducing depression and anxiety, boosting the immune system, and relieving pain. Hugging, cuddling, and handholding can release endorphins and hormones like serotonin and oxytocin, providing a sense of well-being." Thanks for the hug.💜💜

Heidi Preid (did I spell her last name right? Idk) on her channel did a video about stuff related to OCD and anxiety, and the way you phrased this was similar if not the same. Intrusive thoughts are just that, intrusive! They may be scary or worrying at first, but remember they dont define us! Its what we do in our daily life, or dont do, that should define us. We are often super empathetic towards cats and animals and people, not mean lr disgusting!
