My favourite sign of aging is when I tell myself that I'm too old to do something, and a minute later realize that I'm not too old, but it made a really good excuse not to clean that thing as often as I should, and the lazy part of my brain has figured out how to fool the rest of me into not doing it.

I work in skincare and people come up to me daily saying they want this and that for their "old" skin, then start saying, "dont get old, it's awful" and "I never used to look like this, I cant stand it!" And even, "My mom was so beautiful until she was X age, I'll bever be as beautiful as she was, I just dont have her skin" And it sucks hearing so many people constantly dog on themselves for what IS a privilege. I always say the same thing back, "Ageing is a blessing and a curse, a curse because change is scary but a blessing bc not everyone makes it this far" and it works 98% of the time with good results.

You left hair out of your list. After menopause, hair not only forgets where it's supposed to grow - and where it's not supposed to grow - but how long it should be. It thins where you want it, like on your head, but not only does it spring out of places your mother never mentioned it would, like moles, your chin, and not forgetting the previous small, odd, hair above your top lip which is now a new, improved, luxury moustache, but I've also recently discovered eyebrow hairs long enough to make Dennis Healey's eyebrows pale into insignificance! But, only in my left eyebrow. The right one has yet to surprise me and I await that with interest, and a certain amount of trepidation. I love your comedy. You just make me laugh out loud, and we all need a bit of that. Thank you Sarah, long may you stand up! Happy New Year.

My 7 signs of aging 1) At the doctor's office you're flipping thru People Magazine, and you have no idea who any of them are. 2) You're watching a year end "celebrities we have lost" to see who you've outlived. 3) Whilst out driving, at some point, there is a 50% chance someone will cross the left side double line to pass you. 4) You average 7+ naps per week. 5) You realize you are out of some food item and instead of going out to get it, you order it from Amazon. 6) Your car is older than your grandchildren. 7) In any journey out of the house, it's a toss up what will cut your trip short, exhaustion or stiffness.

Yeh, recognise all those signs. Eyebrows gone but now getting a beard. Except I’ve now gone to next step, lost most hair on my body, eyebrows, lashes, hair from arms, legs, armpits, all face hair gone including an inch or so all around hair line. No more waxing or shaving which is a bonus. But you get to the stage where the small stuff is just that, insignificant. So what does it matter if you’re having a bad hair day.
