Been married 8 together 11. My husband had to teach me. I use to be passive aggressive, and when my husband could tell what I was doing. He would give me advice on how to do it better😂 calling me out, but also giving me tips for improvement. Now, I’m naturally peaceful, so arguing is kinda fun for me and my husband helped me build alot of confidence to not hold things in. I still can’t always articulate myself exactly but my husband can read my mind.
