Hey Sarah, thank you for all your great tips. It was so clear. I do have one quick question. So you gave us the different services we can offer as an OBM (project manager, operations management act..) so it is possible to be an OBM and decide to offer only project management and systems or only offer project management? Because I'am transitioning To being an OBM but I also wanted to offer Dubsado and Asana as services. How could I do that?

Hey Ann-Dialie... absolutely fine to pick what services you want to lead with. TBH a lot of the OBM services overlap and it also depends on what the client needs.... With regard to specific platforms- these make for great dating projects and we get into this concept inside our Accelerator- our flagship OBM School program. Are you already working with clients offering Dubsado and Asana services?
