Hi I am an interior designer too just a suggestion. If you like PU you can go imported laminate of brand like acralite in kitchen They give Matt finish like PU and looks stunning. PU no doubt is good but you need to maintain cos there are high chances of getting dent

You have got a very spacious home actually being a Mumbai house I would have knocked down the kitchen partition wall and made a huge hall and kitchen with island since u will not use ur kitchen a lot since separated I feel ur house will feel much huge with making kitchen and hall common with bigger island in between wow 😮❤️ just a suggestion.

Good thing you hired an architect. Sometimes breaking walls cause structural damages which is very dangerous for you and others.. My only suggestion is don't over do interiors at this moment... It's easy to add later than break and make things in future..

just a advice as r going for pu so dont go for white as i have a own interior designing company so we dont prefer pu Specially in white as after a while white will turn pale and yellowish and that will look too dirty pu gives a nyc finish but have a good contractor or anyone who is doing it to be very perfect at it works Im personally loving ur videos as seing from sarah squad studio 1 -2 -3 and now the own sarah squad house tooo nycc
