Riya Patel I wish people would realise that eating healthy does not equal using a ton of different suppliments but eating clean, colorful and unprosessed food. Sure protein powders etc can be a good extra but they are not the whole thing in eating healthy. Just use lots of different vegetables, fruits, nuts, seeds and healthy sources of protein and fats like salmon and chicken and avocado or extra virgin olive oil. I was actually shocked to see that Sarah didn't put any other "real ingredients" in her smoothie than just the banana, everything else was just powders. When I make a smoothie I use lot of fruits and berries and usually add an avocado and chia seeds as well, some vegetable milk and then as the extra ingredient some sort of protein powder if I feel like I haven't got enough protein for the day. So really the only suppliment I use is protein powder occassionally and I'm still perfectly healthy and energetic. It's really not that difficult.

This channel has been a place for community and love for one another and Sarah for many years now. I literally cannot stand to watch that community be poisoned by toxic comments. I love Sarah and have connected to so many women who believe in the power of holistic health, positivity, and love, because of this channel. SISTA! I found your channel like 2 weeks ago AND HAVE BEEN BINGE WATCHING SINCE! I flippin love you and everything you stand for! I see so many similarities between your personality and mine so I creepily feel like I’m living vicariously through you whilst also absorbing all of your tips and tricks! Weird? Nah. I have been tracking my macros for about 4 years while also eating primarily paleo and I have gotten to the point where I feel like I’ve stopped making progress and it doesn’t feel sustainable (nor do I want it to be). Can you do a video about what it was like for you and your body transitioning into intuitive eating from tracking your macros and lifting heavier? I would like to make the switch but feel nervous about putting on fat after being in a semi restricted calorie range. Love you, girl! 💕✨

My mum would make me do the steam bowl as well! She'd use eucalyptus oil and fill the sink up, helped clear the sinuses and re-hydrate the face. I completely forgot about it though, so I know what I'm doing when I'm sick next!

I’ve read some studies that said taking a probiotic with a meal actually works better than taking it on an empty stomach. The theory is you wouldn’t plant a seed and then add water it later, you want to add water after you plant the seed to supply it nutrients. Again, this is just something I read. I see both sides to the argument, but I was curious if that’s something you’ve researched? I’ve been taking it on an empty stomach, but I’m about to experiment with taking it with my breakfast. Your vlogs are so inspiring! I’ve had such a similar journey and watching your healing process has helped me with my own!!

I don't know if anyone else gets this but for the last couple of weeks everyone in my family has been sick (two different bugs), but I've just had a really bad headache and been tired. Now everybody else is getting better and I'm still feeling crap but not so bad that I can take a proper break to get better. I actually wish I would get properly sick just to get it over with.

I just enjoy ALL the turmeric when I’m sick. This spice does wonders when I get a little sick! But please get more rest, Sarah. I think your immune system weakens if you over-work yourself and under-sleep. All the best lovely! ❤️

Garlic, ginger, cayenne pepper and turmeric will sort you out. Mix it with warm water and lemon. Also oil of oregano! It's so anti microbial and anti inflammatory too. Get well soon.

It's shocking how people (not in particular you but I heard that too often now) talk about working out while sick. It's not about recovering slowlier or not hitting it at the gym. It's incredibly dangerous to work out sick, even if it's just a cold. Did you hear of heart problems resulting from physical strain? Please don't even think of working out or feeling guilty about that.

Ok, I get where you’re coming from; I’ve *had* walking pneumonia from overworking out with a chest cold, and it was not fun. Basically I started endurance running while I still had chest congestion, which I cannot stress enough was absolutely idiotic and you should never do it. MILD exercise helps me feel better though. The extra blood flow helps clear my sinuses, and moving around helps my muscles and joints to feel better, or at least not get sore from sitting in bed or a chair all day. Rule of thumb, if you can’t do the workout in your PJs WITHOUT tennis shoes, it’s too intense for a sick day. There will also just be some days when you can’t work out at all, and you need to rest. But if you’re *mildly* sick, there’s nothing wrong with a *mild* workout.

I used to always train through illness but after awhile it catches up to you! I came down with a nasty case of pneumonia and was out for much longer! It’s better to take a short break in the beginning than a longer one later.

Olive leaf extract is amazing for helping to reduce being sick. They make it in capsules now which is awesome coz it kinda tastes funky. Flushing your sinuses helps as well. Hope you get better soon xx
