I do pilates everyday, but wow this one was the hardest I've done, so quick and super efficient. Loved every second of it!

Wow. I would consider myself fit (weight training workout of choice), and this killed me. Had to stop or slow down multiple times. For those who would be interested, burned 200 cal, avg HR 135, HR max 175. ** caveat warmed up with a run.

theyre both such good instructors…this is the best pilates workout ive had so far bc i actually have the proper form and the tabata was sooo intense, havent felt this intensity in so long! thanks so much sarah!

This is probably the best pilates and cardio mix I've ever tried! I would absolutely love more of these! Your programs are great but follow along workouts like this one are even better🤍

It is winter again in the USA and its that time of year that I use at home workouts when my motivation is lacking and/or its wayy too cold outside to hit the gym. Please make more real time workouts and 20 minute pilates burners like this one! I have used your real time fullbody cardio burner workout video from 2 years ago so many times and it saves my sanity+decreases my seasonal depression so much

Great quick work out! But my wrists always hurt during this kind of workouts, thats why i usually stick to my weight training. Does anyone have a tip for the wrist pain??
