DO ALL THE SERIES. cooking vlogs, closet clean outs for everyone kids included, day in the life, organization vlogs, I’m sure you get burnt out with trying to figure out what to film but if you just did you’re family’s morning routines or whatever then we’d probably be satisfied. Body dysmorphia has been my best friend since I was a kid. Not saying you have it but seeing it as an external 'thing' really helped me, especially when I had my second baby. It meant that I could overcome those thoughts, rather them consume me and bring back my ED habits. You look absolutely gorgeous head to toe Sarah, whether you're fitness Sezzy or mommy Sezzy or breast feeding Sezzy, we're here to celebrate you and cheer you on! Be kind to yourself 🙏
@caleigh28622 жыл бұрын
I 100% agree with you that Sarah has some form of body dysmorphia. She’s extremely healthy, fit and has the most ‘ideal’ body from a societal prospective. But makes comments degrading herself. I think more self love from her would be not only beneficial to her, but to her viewers as well.
@NamasYoga2 жыл бұрын
@@caleigh2862 Definitely think putting ones own body or looks down, only keeps spreading that sort of mentality. Not saying Sarah is trying to do that, how she feels about herself is up to her and valid, but for me, I got to the point where I realised how harming that was for my health and wouldn't want anyone else feeling that way either. It's a journey, as lame as it sounds. I realised I few years ago that was totally brainwashed on the 2000s skinny vision, dressing and acting for the male gaze and not being my true self, and I work hard to undo all of that within myself. It's a long topic 😂 Thank you for replying x

Love the honesty in this! Nothing wrong with wanting to lose body fat after having a bub, nothing wrong with not eating 100% healthy every day, nothing wrong with being too tired to work out. I think it’s great to see you acknowledging that it’s a challenge for you, even when you have a more “relaxed” work routine and the freedom of working from home, compared to those of us with strict office hours and long commutes. You’re doing great, and the honest messaging is wonderful to put out there!

What are some “home hacks” that you have found work great for your family? Like a series maybe of how you clean and orgamize and what cleaning products you use. Do you make your own cleaning products? Maybe even a series on how you manage to stay connected to your husband in the middle of all the chaos? Like a date night series with how you style your outfits and what you two like to eat and maybe give some marriage tips. Love you to pieces! ❤️ from Texas

It helps so much that you talk about how you feel in your body.. the ups and downs.. people that are super body positive all the time can also make us mortals feel that we aren´t strong enough, or that we are "bad" when we have days when we feel uncomfortable in our own skin. It's a pity that we give such an important place in our minds to these topics.. but it is what it is and it's difficult to change it all of a sudden. Love u Sezz!! You and your family are beautiful!
My 10 year old daughter and I LOVE watching all of your content!!! I soooo appreciate your healthy views on body image and producing real-life content. I loved this VLOG- one of the best in recent times. I loved the variety, realness, and seeing you work. It's total motivation! Some thoughts on future ones...I'd love to have you compare Sezzy from 5 years ago to today in the sense of how you eat and health tricks (remember swishing coconut oil and oil in your coffee? What tricks would you bring back and which ones do you think were fads?). Also, I loved when you would ride Dot to the coffee shop and we'd get to see the beach and the shops in your area. I know that your lifestyle is different now as a Mom but those outings are always fun. I live in the US so while I'm freezing in the winter, I love seeing your family enjoy the beach, parks, shops etc.

I felt so guilty not getting to the gym this week (I was a barre fitness instructor before baby) but if I don't get up and go at 6am it doesn't happen and home workouts just don't motivate me....but this week I got my first postpartum period so I'm trying to give myself some grace. I liked that you talked about bad body image days. it doesn't matter how good you look, or how good other ppl tell you you look, or how grateful you shoyld be... there's no one on the planet who doesn't feel shitty about themselves now and then.... but it sucks even more when you feel shitty about feeling shitty! you talking about it, seeing a person who shouldn't feel that way... still feel that way... is so reassuring in a weird way that we are all going through these moments and helps ease the guilt. its OK to not be ok, even if others don't understand or you can't justify it. it's nice to feel your not alone. it's nice ti have support when you can't stand on your own even if you think you should be able to. your self talk about it being not the season and thinking about what you can do with your body is a good way to look at it. keep being real. it might piss some ppl off, but it might SAVE someone else. as far as video suggestions, I like these hard topics, but it's more important you film what fuels you, so we get an inspired fufiled Sarah, and your fan base stays true to the reflection of that.

I nursed my baby for over 15 months. He HATED taking bottles even though we consistently offered it. Eventually the only thing that worked to get him to take a bottle when we had to- was swaddling him, sitting in the nursery with the lights blacked out, rocking him in the rocking chair, with the sound machine/white noise on, holding baby towards chest as if he was nursing, keeping the milk/bottle nipple warm, and also gently shaking your arm up and down (under his head) while offering milk. Sounds like a lot but you get into a nice grove and it works! Also he hates all bottles except the como tomo bottles. Hope this helps!

I would LOVE a video again like you did in your prev apartment.. like a full on mealprep and fav recipes (like with your amazing protein granola, that video), BUT, with really different ingredients. I think all of us who have been eating healthy for so long (ive been for like 13 years) are a bit done with ingredients sweet potato, ginger/tumeric and berries all the time.. you know what i mean. a new video covering amazing easy recipes with new fun ingredients that are out there.. Love you!

Would love to see a meal prep video or what's in your pantry and just simple quick workout routines or just a whole video about how best to keep routines and what works for you!
