Sarah, you are literally the only person in my life saying all this important information and I just wanna say thank you. Sometimes I feel like why doesn’t everyone try to understand? So I feel crazy for trying to figure stuff out on my own but I’m learning. I’m so glad you started this series.

Sara, this series is just great. Genuinely said. I hope you're gonna keep going with it. I don't know if that's just me, and maybe it's just a matter of cutting and editing the video, but it does feel like you've gotten so much better - now I'm speaking about the way you talk, about the thinking processes, about the fact you can keep a thought and go deeper with it without being distracted. It also might be just a result by the notes you write down. I don't know what it is...but you have gotten a lot better. And the other thing I want you to know is that you're an incredible being I am utterly grateful for - thank you for being, for the things you do, but most importantly - for who you are. Highlights: 1. sometimes the things you don't want to hear at all are the things you need to hear the most. this is so much true! I'll need to write this down 2. the metaphor with 4 friends on the hike. so so good! makes me think a lot. 3. there is no such thing as coincidence. finally! finally someone saying it out loud. 4. grudges and the poisonous seeds want us to forget...forget about something/someone higher. that's the (d)evil's most efficient technique - making us forget about the higher power, or not think about the higher power at all (not only the "good power", but the bad one, too.) that's why he often just...lets us be. he wants us not to believe and to be firm with that belief. side note: it was just today that I set up a "gratitude jar" (an awesome thing btw) and I do want to recommend that to everyone over here, and encourage you guys to make your own ones. it's not complicated. there are tons of things to be grateful for every single day. and it's radically changed my way of thinking and perception in these couple of hours - the question is, how is it gonna change me (us) over the longer time period? just do it. make it. it's really a super awesome tool. and Sara is definitely gonna be in there. I am grateful for you, Sara! 5. victimizing - another topic you did touch, and it's so good to talk about it. My experience from the last days, weeks (I will say probably months, maybe even a year) is that I've been legitimately blaming God for so many things I caused in my life (I don't want to "make" anyone over here believe in God, it's just my experience). and what I realized today, too, was that...I was making myself a victim. My stupid side of a defend mechanism lays in blaming others, focusing on others' decisions and failures (which are just my subjective views, they're not really objective at all) and as a result I had made myself a victim, and I had made God a guilty one. It..uh, I was all messed up with this. I messed it up. Awareness (connected with objectivity) is key. one tiny last thing: I think it's great that you Sara repeat quotes or some things you say multiple times - it does help think about it. glows in the darkness, blows when it's windless, sings when it's quiet.

i honestly thank you from the bottom of my heart for always sharing your knowledge and what you've learned. it's not that i couldn't grasp this concept on my own, it just wasn't sticking the way it has when i hear it from you. i feel like us being the same age and you using this platform has really helped change my mindset and get me to be where i wanted to be for so long. i have been such a pessimistic person my entire life and it really feels like a huge weight is lifted now that i'm thinking more positively and really planting the right seeds. i finally feel like i am starting to take control of my own life and getting to a place where i've been finding happiness within myself. the quote you said in the last video, "you can not remove dirt from someone else's eyes if your hands are completely soiled", ironically was such an eye opener. thank you so much, as always much love ❤️

When you said "don't get caught up in this materialistic world" it immediately sparked two things in my mind, a bible verse, and a poem. The verse is 1 John 2:15 -17 "Do not love the world or the things in the world. If anyone loves the world, the love of the Father is not in him. For all that is in the world-the desires of the flesh and the desires of the eyes and pride in possessions-is not from the Father but is from the world. And the world is passing away along with its desires, but whoever does the will of God abides forever." And the poem, while short, is too long to post here but it is by Elisabeth Morris and is called "The Tyranny of Things." It's a beautiful poem, a quick read, I highly highly recommend giving it a go Anywho... I'm so happy you're expanding on this topic. I watched part 1 for the first time yesterday and it resonated with me so well. It fed my mind exactly what I needed to hear and have clarified in that moment. I grew up, yet away from the belief that our thoughts hold power. I was raised Christian and learned from Proverbs 23:7 " For as he thinketh in his heart, so is he:" I don't know why in these last years I grew away from that but I have been suffering as a result. I did leave a comment on the first video about how grateful I am for you sharing your insight with us. I do thank you again though and remind you that I understand exactly what you're saying, and that you are very impactful and significant.

Thank you for this. You're so genuine-- I know that this video will resonate with many people, as it has with me. Your words are very relatable and motivating, and the deep thoughts that you voice (about nature, awareness, and love) are extremely valuable. When you started speaking about conditioning minds (with the abused animals) really moved me. I was having a really tough time a few years ago, and often still fall into periods of sadness and insecurity/self-deprication, and everything you've said has really helped me reflect. I need to find happiness in myself, and care for the good seeds I plant

Giiirrrll! Ok, pheeew. All I gotta say is TRUEEE. For real, you have a great way of presenting the truth of life and mind. You are one of those people who others watch in awe. And it is inspiring because you are genuine with yourself and the world that it is easy to connect with, which helps with human participation to become a more conscious being. But don't beat yoirself down when you can't connect with others, they just haven't experienced being hurt and broken and juiced to a pulp. Yet. So what you are doing now will help those who are lost, find their way again. Thank you. You're series will help many. So keep it up. You are gonna bloom so much in the next few years. Peace and blessings.

Oh I understand everything your saying. I was super into using the minds power years ago and have done a lot of research and used it to help my situations....law of manifestation/attraction...once you grasp that concept, it will happen all the time. You think of someone, you run into them later....you think of a certain specific thought, it’s played back to you in physical form...etc. I’m on the same page.
