I wasn't really excited about buying the iPhone 15 Pro before, but after watching this video, I am totally hyped! I'm not even exaggerating. To me, it just felt like finding easter eggs here and there. It might not be much to already iPhone users, but the way you laid out all the new things/tips& tricks makes this phone look so fun to use. I also watched your first things to do for the M2 MacBook air when I got mine back then, so I will definitely rewatch this after I get my 15 pro!

Good review, the widgets are still not 100% interactive and the main area I am waiting for is when iPhone allows scrolling in the widget. Like a portfolio list if you have 20 shares, Android allows scrolling to see the full list or a full to-Do list instead of just 3 to 4

I just got the 15 pro max in blue titanium 3 days ago. I upgraded from an iPhone 13. I got used to the weight but I needed my MagSafe pop socket for a day. The last pro max I had was an 11. But I like it and I think I’ll be sticking to the pro max line. But since I just got this I don’t think I’ll be upgrading anytime soon

Nice review. I just want to point out that Samsung also only gives you USB 2.0 cables in the box and they are a lot crappier quality as well but people don't seem to be mentioning that. Most people will never use them for anything other than charging so it doesn't matter.

I really trust your phone reviews although you almost sold me on getting the Samsung S23 Ultra but I just love IPhone’s so much. The heat management is poor and it gets either hot easily or just dips out when things difficult even a little. I can say this with experience as I have a p7p and it's really frustrating me out.

Great video! I have an Iphone 11 Pro Max and I was considering getting the 14 Pro Max (deep purple) color. But is discontinued. Apple did not do that color for the 15🥺. I am still debating between colors… After all the reviews of the heat up issue and other comments that came out when the 15 was release do you still recommend me to get it or wait for the next version?

Im a Samsung user through and through. Starting from Galaxy S3 to Note 3, Note Edge, Note 7, Note 9, Note S22, and now to Note S23. I know I will still be Samsung Note guy for keeps. I never have an Iphone and never bought one. I was planning to get the Samsung Fold 5 soon but now seeing this Iphone 15 PRO Max just came out, I'm really impressed with it and tempted to maybe try it out and just get this instead. I'm a Graphic Artist and do some video editing and I always like the results from an Iphone for some reason, it just looks more....natural i guess. I think they produce better pics and video to be honest. I never used IOS system though but im sure I can learn it. Should i get this iPhone 15 Pro max and not regret it?

I'm in the same boat as you. I decided to give the 15PM a shot and picked it up on the 21st. So far it seems pretty good, I have noticed a slight degradation in reception from my S22 Ultra though. You'll lost the unlimited amount of customization on android, but that's about it. Imessage is pretty fun though. Phones are so similar nowadays it doesn't really matter what you get. I do really like the look and feel of the 15PM though. I'm not getting a case for mine because I like it so much, we'll see how that goes. Lol

The e-cores are pretty good. IPC gains are pretty nice. I.e., in daily use the phone should be pretty fast and still retain good battery life.

Theres literally functionalily 0, if not (and im pretty sure this is the case) exactly 0 ipc gains. The big cores are confirmed all clock speed and seeing the chip is even less of an improvement in multicore. There's almost definitely 0 ipc gains in the ecores too

I’m upgrading to the pro this year. I’m actually flying to Thailand to get it so I can get one with a SIM card tray. But the colors aren’t anything I’m super feeling. I don’t want that titanium color simply because everyone will have it including all of my family members and o don’t want fingerprints. Does that just leave the white? I haven’t seen in person yet…

Do you find it hard to use one handed? Do you feel it’s really heavy? I just got this 15PM 2 days ago and I find it very heavy compared to my S22 Plus which is 25g lighter and not as wide. I love the phone but This is very hard to use one handed, I can barely reach the opposite bottom corner of the phone when holding one handed. Anyone had a hard time at first and get use to the size (width) and the weight of this phone? If so, how long did it take you to get use to it?

People might not feel much difference between 14 pro max and 15 pro max. But for me who has upgraded from 12 pro max to 15 pro max, the changes has quite a big upgrade.

I've been a life long android user. I decided to switch to the 15PM mainly because of my GF being so integrated with Apple products and the USB-C. While Apple is lightyears behind Android for customization, I now know I need Widgy as that seems to be the go to app for customizing things. Thanks for the info!

This video is quite old so she wouldn't respond However, my two cents is that the 256 is more than enough for the average person when installing essientials + anything else like shows, movies, music, high end games and taking ALOT of pics and videos while practicing storage management. 512 gb, which is laptop standard, is very much overkill for the average person and only needed if you plan on taking full advantage of the camera (ProRes/spatial video), use it for video and photo editing or have zero storage management whatsoever for the future Do keep in mind you can simply just backup pictures and videos to your icloud if you don't mind chipping $1 US for extra storage Edit: more detailed explanation

@@Xanzkin icloud storage is $1? I actually do do a lot of video and photo editing as I create content. However I do have a Google Photos subscription, it’s just that Pro Res files would take a lot of storage.

@@bluewateroad my bad for the icloud thing, missed I wasn't being specific but it's 0.99 a month for 50gbs but as you do content the better option would be 2.99 monthly for 200gbs (if you do decide to buy it over continuing with Google) Seeing as you do content I'd personally go with the 512gb then. Especially if you're going to have it for more than a couple of years. More storage the better for your use case

I got the iPhone pro max 15, an upgrade from iPhone pro max 13. I was able to use the same case, which made me happy today to protect my phone. I am happy with my purchase. Battery and phone got rather hot when I first turned it on and did the transfer from my other phone.
