When my first four children were small, I bought all of them a bright orange t-shirt to wear outside at parks and such because I worried so much about them and it worked out wonderfully, lol!!

Yes, Megan!!! I'm always worried about my kids and I always imagine the worst happening. I read somewhere that this fear is due to a traumatice event or events in the past. If the doctor calls me, I assume it's cancer; if someone doesn't say hello, I assume I said something wrong. A lot of people don't worry that much, especially men. They are more laid back, but I worry a lot about my kids unless they are sitting right next to me!!

I find dressing all 3 of my kids in the same colored shirt helps me keep track of them in public/crowded spaces, especially when I’m out alone with them. Being outnumbered is tough! Your trip made me dream of spring and summer!

We were just there about 2 and a half weeks ago and LOVED everything about it! Pinecraft is so picturesque it almost doesn't even look like a real town! The homes are so well loved and cared for ❤️ I felt like I was somewhere very special!

Fun vacation days! So special you and Lynette are friends. Yes the old fashion service station my grandparents had one in upstate New York. My grandpa pumped gas and serviced cars. My grandma had a snack bar she made grilled sandwhiches, hamburgers and hotdogs as well as all her famous cakes, pies and cookies.

My husband and I are not far from you. We come to Sarasota every year for the winter to escape the Midwest cold and we love it here. I love Lido Beach and try to head there at least three times a week. Gotta work on that tan. Oh my gosh I'm so happy Vonnie is ok.

Glad Florida trip was fun. Happy your daughter is ok. My older daughter is now 40 and at 7 fell into a pool. I saw it and someone dived in for her. Then swim lessons immediately. I know that you guys come to Sarasota for a break and family vacay but I was wondering if you would ever entertain kind of a small meet and greet or something when your down here? I live in Ft. Myers which is about 1 1/2 hours away and I think it would be cool to have a coffee thing with maybe your local (fl) followers. I just enjoy your channel so much, been watching for 4 years and it would be cool to do a sit down question session, or maybe even something different like basket weaving or painting, etc. With everyone. I hope this doesn't sound nuts, haha.

I had 5 children that were all young at the same time. When we would go out to places where there were crowds, I would dress them all in bright colors (orange, yellow, bright green) that way I could easily spot them and keep a better eye on them. If it was extremely crowded, i would put them all in the exact same bright color. It was much easier to relax that way. 😊
