Thanks bro It's 100% working. Jio Technicians are Useless fellows n told me to insert Lan cable in to Wan Port and reset the Tplink Archer c60 Router for which I faced repeated disconnections and display of Wan Port unplugged. That problem was Solved after watching your video even authorised Jio Fibre KZbin channel circulating video for configuration between Jio router and Tplink which is Highly complicated. However, with the wireless method (WDS), when i tick as enable, I am not getting to options that you are getting. I am getting 4 MAC IP addresses field enabled. In this i have entered my JIO modem's IP also, but no luck. I am using TP link Model TD-W8961N (300 Mbps wireless N ADSL2+ modem router) Build 141023 rel 24209 Please suggest how to proceed.

Tech support team is highly inept for jio fiber. I have 999 plan enrolled. Speed is good but if any problem crops up in device then be sure nothing will happen before 36-48 hours after you raise service request. It doesn't even matter if you contact appellate authority of jio. So keep that in mind for folks who are intending to use for WFH mode. Keep a backup.

Living in Dehradun, and whenever a problem occurs, I just raise a request and then come home within 24 hours and even on the same day if you raise a complaint early in the morning, even if the problem is to just change the place where router is setup. My father raised a complaint because he wanted the router to be in a different home lol.

The method is spot on but in my router it asks for an additional option of IGMP snooping which i had to keep "on", others are suggesting to use in AP mode but that raises IP conflicts which i personally faced, now wifi is running super fine no IP conflicts and i am able access secondary routers firmware too any time.

Hey, indeed a good video and that's not at all "Sacastic" :-) Just wanted to share one thing. Whenever you extend a network few additional things that add to the network utility and strength: firstly don't create a separate SSID and password for the extender, it should be the extension of same SSID :-) secondly if your primary router supports reserving IPs for devices then reserve one for your secondary router, you may need Mac address of secondary router for it. This saves DHCP IP clash in case of long term shutdown of secondary router. Also, assigning just the next IP to the gateway is not considered a good approach as this can lead to frequent IP clashes. Devices which are considered to be constants should be given last IPs, close to .250 or less ( avoid .254 and .255). DHCP assigns IP address on first come first serve basis unless demanded by static or reserved devices, hence high risk of IP conflicts near gateway address

I did this wireless method on 2 TP-Link routers few months back to extend wifi signal. It worked. The end point is Samsung 4k TV. It is getting 80 mbps to 110 mbps speed while original connection is 300 mbps. Setup is on same floor and there is 20 feet distance from start to end with 2 walls beteween.
