@@Bartsfishtales my I ask a question, Bart? I was wondering what the word "Hussle" means. Couldn't find it in dictionaries. Is it a local kitchen-phrase?
@Bartsfishtales3 жыл бұрын
@@mclottke Not really a kitchen phrase... it means like roughly mixed

Check out this sardine hussle! And greetings from Scotland, anybody excited for mackerel?!

Looks great, Bart! I wanted to ask though- why did you leave the feet and outside on the garlic when adding it in? Are those edible like that or do you have to peel them before taking a bite?
@Bartsfishtales8 жыл бұрын
The idea is that you squeeze out the garlic 'paste' as you eat it.. but feel free to do it in a different way! Thanks for watching.

NOM! Anything with tinned sardines is a winner in my books :). I like to cook them in a spicy tomato and garlic sauce and tossed with pasta. Also does anybody else just love tinned sardines mashed with ketchup and put on toast? Yum X).

Bart did you basically forget to take the garlic out earlier and mash it in with the rest? :P Garnishing with full cloves of garlic, that too skin on seems a bit much. The skin will have gone all tough and chewy so can't be eaten here anyways. The rest of the recipe looks awesome though. I'll definitely try it this weekend.
@Bartsfishtales8 жыл бұрын
No I did not Rohan! The idea is that you squeeze the garlic paste from the skin while you eat it.. but feel free to do it in a different way! Thanks for watching!
