Great work. If that tree was hanging over a road in the UK the Health & Safety police would close the road down for 50 miles in both directions. They'd then have a team of 20 guys standing around all day getting in the way of anyone wanting to get the job done.

George hi. No I have not. I have serious reservation about the bearings. Additionally, I have used the mic on all the cylinder assemblies from customers and my own testing. The plating can be a thin as .001 (WAY to thin). The bores can be way outside of tolerance limits, they can be hour glass shaped, and elliptical. Some are all four. Have yet to see one that did not qualify for at least two of the four. A fan of the oem versions..... Thanks for watching.

holy crap... he almost brained himself on that metal bit on his way down... good thing to mention on the safety talk... next time, it could be a good thing to use a couple of your strong straps to secure the grapple hook on the machine. (its what i would do in that situation) i don't know about using a harness, but it could have gone either way if you used one. but of course, I'm sure you guys learned a lesson there so i don't think i would need to tell ye eh haha... just as an observer of course, and not an experiences individual in tree work, i do believe that we can never underestimate our safety while on a job or in life in general. i am fascinated by this type of work, among many other things, but one thing I've learned is that you can never do anything without first knowing what can go wrong and what to do if it does. be safe guys.

Thinking the guy at the controls should have hit the "pinch button" for the grapples in between trips. Bleed off.... Thanks for watching.
@EddieSchirmer7 жыл бұрын
aye sir, it would be a good pre-caution. and maybe some straps for extra security. i can tell your machines get a lot of use. especially around those huge trees. I've always enjoyed walking and or driving around and through those woods. only been a couple times though, but the shear size of those trees makes every trip worth going.
