Love it! You definitely put it to the test! We generally don't recommend jumping up and down on the rack 😅but it is a tank! Happy riding

Yikes. $1000 2 5:31 two bikes? Dang these racks are becoming ultra expensive without justification. I mean there’s other racks just as good that will carry more bikes. Please don’t trust cables. Bolt cutters will go through those in 20 seconds

What size hitch are you using

Mine is a 1 1/4, but the rack accommodates 2 inch.

You have not installed the rack correctly. The name SARIS should be visible and the push mechanism (gray color)should be on the front for easy access , not behind the bike. Check on the official site and look at the pictures. I have same system and my is on the front as well.
