Do SARMs (Selective Androgen Receptor Modulators), like Ostarine, Andarine, LGD and RAD 140, have a place in Testosterone Replacement Therapy? In this video, we take a look at the pharmacology behind SARMs and how the could potentially benefit individuals using TRT. We look at the effects on the prostate, prostate specific antigen (PSA). We also hypothesize scenarios where SARMs could be potentially beneficial at very low doses.

Very true and proven by human studies. Even at very low doses, SARMs crush SHBG.

I did 170mg test (weekly) with 20mg rad140 ( every 72 hrs) for 8wks and my prostate shriveled up… it was very strange and didn’t feel great. I have great hair genetics so didn’t notice anything with my hair. Finished primo and test and my hair is still full and thick

Your thoughts on ldg 4033 and trt with regards to liver damage. Should the normal 10mg/day also be reduced to 1 or 2mg. Hypothetical ly speaking.

LGD 4033 with trt was amazing. To many side effects at 10mg a day, lower back pumps, headache. 5mg is perfect. Very noticeable strength gains.

Depends on the reason you're using it. For muscle gains doses would be higher but for antagonist abilities lower. In theory a lower dose can be used for longer. We've seen with molecules from which SARMs are derived like flutamide that it can be used for long durations and that higher doses result in liver issues

I used TUDCA powder when I cycled before with lgd 4033. It helps to reduce inflammation and swelling in the liver. TUDCA also has antioxidant properties, which help to protect the liver from damage caused by free radicals. I only had mild side effects such as nausea and dizziness and seems to be very effective in reducing liver damage when used in conjunction with lgd 4033. I would recommend trying it if you are considering taking lgd 4033. By the way im got mine from Swisschems, not that pricey but very helpful.

@@HeatheKidmannIn’t TUDCA just a bile salt? How does that help? NAC+ Glycine helps boost glutathione levels which is used to reduce oxidative species. I’ve never seen how exactly any of this plays out at the level of the liver.

​​​​@@bryanutility9609I know what SARMs are. And proper English. To say it adds symptoms 100% of the time, is silly. It's generally safer for the general population to run SARMs with TRT if they actually needed the TRT to begin with. Plus, it keeps you from having to PCT, making it overall safer. I'm not saying it IS safe. But it is safer if you're not abusing test and abusing the SARMs. If you're following a proper TRT protocol and taking SARMs on top, you'll be fine 99.99% of the time, and this comes from studies that you can look up yourself. If it affects you negatively, you're in the minority and probably abusing both Test and SARMs which is just ridiculous to do.

@@kingcreed348 “abusing” SARMS. The dosage in studies is about 10-20% what an average user would need to get an anabolic effect rather than stave off osteoporosis for example. In fact even those studies show depression of the HPTA over time. Anyone who has actually taken these things responsibly, minimum effective dose, will see negative effects on liver (osterine), cholesterol (lgd) etc… over time. They do suppress natural production. You will need a PCT, but anyone with real experience knows PCT doesn’t really work. You’re on TRT for life. None of these drugs have made it past preliminary testing because of various failures in their design. They are not “safe”. They do not prevent side effects, only add to them correlated with dose. To compare 7mg LGD-4033/week to 300mg tren/week is a red herring. That’s not the point. Something being less toxic isn’t the same as being tonic.
