if you have never tasted it, you need to. Tuna is extremely soft and very oily so it has loads of flavor that is hard to describe to somebody who has never tried it. All the different sizes and shapes have a different mouth feel to it.

Its not about how good the food tastes...prices are all about marketing. If they want to present something as a "delicacy" they ll put the price high, no matter how it tastes. Look for example all these gourmet dishes they serve in fancy restaurants, with the weirdest combinations of foods. You pay a ton of money to eat things like that, but that doesn't mean they are nessesarily more tasty than a simpe juicy steak,or a burger.
