Good luck with all your pre-winter tasks. Here in Arizona I do not work outside. I spend my time inside, but the weather in Tucson a little colder than normal. It hasn’t froze yet. I don’t think there are usually frosts especially hard frost. 1:14 Tucson is technically in the desert like Phoenix, but it is in a higher altitude so it is cooler. I stayed there even higher altitude and it did snow and freeze obviously. When I stayed in the mountains east of Phoenix, it was cold. There was some snow.

I sure hope Mirjam’s Gouda cheese makes it to Ontario! I watched the groups of rafters go up on your sister’s channel. I stayed on a dairy farm outside of Gouda last March. There were holiday apartments above the cheese building. Just a charming place to stay in the middle of the meadows. They sold boerenkaas as well as all the ages and flavours. I can still taste it! Nothing like it available where I live.

I saw Eric over at 10th Jen dairy man will sell, his mixer. He got the robotic ones. He’s got two of those. That was a nice camera view of the top down on the twin screws mixing. The way the surface of the feed undulates reminds me of the film called tremors. I never saw the film from start to him because it’s so absurd but parts of it are funny.

Yes, usually. But they also have a supply of frozen colostrum in the milk room, so they thaw some and feed it to eachcalf, just to make sure they all get it.

Those pins should have been done whenever the weather was warmer because you cannot pressure wash it now and touch up some of the rusty spots with paint it does not take when you are long to rot out all your metal😢😢😢😢
