Dag Jan Als jullie zoveel tijd kwijt zijn aan sneeuw ruimen waarom heb je dan geen mega sneeuwblad voor op de shovels.

Can I apply to your farm as a trainee? I’m willing to serve and learn in your operation. I hope you notice this; I am from the Philippines and am a professional agriculturist.

SaskDutch Kid. I enjoy your videos. I grew up in south western Ontario and as a young teen our neighbour got hurt working with his Jersey herd. The neighbours got together and went to work milking the herd including my mother who was a full on city girl. There were 60 head busy times. The next summer I worked with a farmer who was milking about 25 head of Holsteins not unlike your herd. I learned a lot that summer but the following summer a friend talked me into working in the Tobacco Harvest. We made a lot more money and I stuck with that work until I was done High School. Things have sure changed since the 1960's. What a professional job your family does. Living in Calgary now.

Great video Jan. I like when you just let the guys talk instead of a Q & A thing. Very clean facility no wonder why their proud and happy to talk about it. The automation always blows me away from allowing cows to enter to the every cow cup cleaning. It was a very complete air & ground video.

Regarding milk Quota. Like we have to pay annual fee again to keep it.. Minimum 1kg quota is 24000 cad$ and it depend on province.. Once I bought it, after a year, I have to pay again 24000 cad$ or is there any other procedure

Hi man, how are you, hope u will be in good health. I am watching your channel for a year now.I have some concern, can u make a video on it or explain it. Can you tell how Milk quota work in Canada, and how we maintain it, and how long we can hold or keep the quota. We have to renew the quota every year or once I bought the quota, I will hold it until I want. Please describe it.. And the quota system is applied same for layer egg hen or broiler chicken

I've always wondered.....sure, sand won't grow bacteria....but as soon as the cows crap in the beds...that adds biological material that bacteria can grow in. Even though you rake out the crap...you don't get it all. Maybe a periodic sprinkle of that lime stuff would be beneficial... 🤔
