+Filippo Scarduelli I agree... So far. I have no clue about what she's talking about. I don't even know what she exactly means by 'urbanising' technology, I'd like to know, but I feel this will require way more research.. just to know what she meant...

HAHA, almost fun! I admit there is a lot of abstract in academics field, and they just wanted to be understood by themself! But Saskia; come on! Can you see that she dare to hightlight reapropriations of governance even it is not the most easy subjects or process? I am not saying this is easy, but even i am closing my intellect mode i can listen to her with my heart and feel she is just trying to empowered us! She is not the only one, and maybe others would do it in more convenient ways for you...Sarte is still not easy to read; but we can see trought the intentions!
