Rock Lee can't use chakra. Also to do what sakara is doing you have to have perfect control. It showed that in the og Naruto. Naruto waste the most chakra but has the most and has fox chakra smh. Sasuke's in the middle has the second best chakra control on the team. Sakura has the least but has the best control. Also she's the only one capable of becoming a medical ninja because of her control.

Kakashi went over how Sakura's strenght works in their first fight in shipuden. She channels her chakra in her fist and releases. Every shinobi funnels chakra into their punches and kicks but Sakura does this at a much bigger scale. Anyone can learn to do the same thing she does but it reqiures insane chakra control. In the first arc of the show when they learn to climb a tree she does climbs easily beacuse she is good at chakra control.

The reason Sakura was the perfect student for Tsunade and why not anyone like you said for example Rock lee can learn monster strength is because of the very precise chakra control needed to do it. Since the beginning of the show it was always said that Sakura is basically the best at chakra control which is why she was able to learn monster strength and medical Jutsu

She can't teach it to Rock lee and the others , Tsunade was able to teach sakura to be able to have this monster strength thanks to her top chakra control! Sakura was praised abt her chakra control by kakashi even when she was kid in og Naruto, that's her thing ! And that's why she's the best medical ninja too! Bcs medical nenjitsu needs very good chakra control

@Rice& Ginger the reason why rock lee can never learn what sakura learn from tsunade is simple which was explain throughout naruto previously, the reason he cant do it because it requires a tremendous amount of chakra control so basically its a mix of tsi jutsu mixed with ninjutsu and rock lee as we know cannot perform ninjutsu at all and in order to learn this ability you need an incredible amount of mastery in a certain ninjutsu which is why specially rock lee can never learn this ability same goes with might guy.

The reason why tsunande didn't teach everyone about the strength is because it requires masterful skill in chakra control. Rock Lee, who couldn't control chakra, sadly could never learn that. Sakura who trained in medical ninjutsu is also very talented in chakra control. The strength basically works like saving up/storing chakra at all times and release it all upon impact. Chiyo can puppet Sakura but here it was all Sakura herself. 1st rule of being the medics of a ninja team is to protect themselves = never getting hit. Sakura has high level of evasion skills.

There are 9 tailed beasts total. From one tails to nine tails and they're called Biju. At this point in the story we don't know how many Jinchuriki (humans with a sealed tailed beast inside) there are, but you'll find out as the story progresses.
