This episode made me tear up. Boruto is keeping Naruto's spirit alive being an admirable shinobi who changes the lives of people he comes across. I have nothing but love for this arc. The upright old keeper Maruta, now with his apprentice Tsuzura -- they'll be two of the more memorable characters. The hawk that'll be Sasuke's companion from now on, the freed animals, the sharingan, and I can't miss Sasuke softly smiling three times here. Including what the comments have already said about the security guy showing respect just hearing the name, despite Sasuke regrettably mentioning twice to Boruto about the life he lived, also in this episode. It's too good.

However, Kawaki soon suspects that the cake is poisoned, so he throws it in front of everyone, saddening the princess. While Himawari distracts the others, Kawaki is able to determine that the cake, despite not being poisoned, has been tampered with. It exposes Osuka Kamakura, the self-centered daughter of Kagemasa Gongoro actor, as the culprit. Kae lashes out at Osuka and Osuka breaks down and apologizes. When Kae realizes that the class accepts her true self, she is happy. Kawaki provides everyone with Taiyaki to make up for the cake.
