Hi Shade, Good video, you further helped me get my theology straight concerning the little season and also on other topics added useful insights. I'm not yet as graceful in my commenting to others and I like how you can be humble and that is also a great example on how to teach. I thought i'd throw in my two cents on "the nations" or "the gentiles" as well. I've researched it quite a bit and noticed some translations are not consistent with the translation of that word. I many contexts I've found "nations" and "all nations" to more often than not also be Israelite's. That was another reason on why zealot led Israel and some of the Judahites were concerned with going to "the gentiles". As can be read in Isaiah 11, there was enmity and jealousy between the two houses even at the time of the rebuilding of the 2nd temple. Ever since the divided kingdom of Israel. So also in the period of Christ and the last 40 year up to 70AD. If you read Romans 11 and study the olive tree analogy you'll notice Paul is addressing "the brethren" , "who are Israelite's" , For he (Paul) was also an Israelite's of the stock, ect. See both olive branches , both Israelite's. The Ezekiel prophecy reads about the two sticks becoming one. Because of unbelief natural branches were broken off for wild ones (gentile Israelite's) to provoke the Judahite's to jealousy, for that purpose, so "all Israel" would be saved (in that manner). See God reverses the jealousy that was normally there between the houses and makes it so Judahite's become jealous of gentile Ephraim Israelite's getting saved. (remember the many saved in Acts?). Also if you read Acts 2:5 it states "all nations" devout men, (from all nations Israel was scattered in). Also Paul said twice the gospel was preached to "all nations" under heaven. This is also why they cared so much concerning going to the gentiles. Zealot led Israel didn't want to believe that the other house of Israel could also be saved. The only wanted the old covenant and the law. Also every time Paul says "That's it were going to the gentiles" the next verses explain he still goes to the Jew first and then to the gentiles. Because "he is bound in that chain for the hope of Israel", until the Jews reject the final time. Hope this gives a bit more perspective on "nations, gentiles", you have to go to the Hebrew/Greek and see what root word is there. God bless.

@@ShadeStoneMusic No problem. To clarify Acts starts out with Peter's indictment to Israel concerning the crucifixion of Jesus. So early Acts is to Israel as the gentiles are not yet fully unto the stage. Acts 2:5 i"Now there were dwelling in Jerusalem God-fearing Jews from every nation under heaven." , "all nations under heaven" the same language where all the gospel was preached unto. In Acts 13:15 "Then Paul stood up, and beckoning with his hand said, Men of Israel, and ye that fear God, give audience. " There's two party's there men of Israel and them that fear God. Sometimes also translated gentiles (God fearing / devout). Some may think that's reaching but. The two houses is a constant returning thing in scripture. Paul has them together in Ephesians as well speaking of the enmity ect. Mostly I find I can fit the two houses interpretation. Anyways, God bless.

I personally lean heavily towards Scriptures like Romans 16:26 that call 'All Nations' to the obedience of the Faith. And I think that obedience is centered on what James (chapter 2 verse 8) calls the Royal Law...Love others as self. I think that's why Paul says in Romans 13 that 'Love works no ill'; and to 'owe no man anything except to love one another'. When Jesus fulfilled the Law & Prophets; He ended the Mosaic Age. We are now under the New Covenant ...All Nations and People are. Let me know what You think after You watch that other video. Thanks again!

I see the 'thousand years' as totality of waiting for the Messiah, and the 'earthly ministry' of Christ. I think the number represents 'overwhelming victory and fulfillment of all of God's promises' made to Abraham.

Hey bro, thanks for presenting another interesting topic. I appreciate what you bring to the table. On this particular segment on satan deceiving the nations and the interpretation, I respectfully but strongly disagree and here's why: 1- You equated the loosing of satan to having occurred on the occasion of the passover supper where Judas decided to go ahead with his betrayal of Christ. If satan was loosed at that time then, 2- The implication would be that he was bound prior to that night. But satan is supposed to be bound for a thousand years. Which means that, 3- The millennium reign with satan bound was just a measly three years and, 4- You rightly state that satan's deceptions lasted for many years after all the way up to 70ad. Which, 5- Would make the little season of satan's loosing and deception a ginormous season in comparison to the three years of the reign/binding of satan. There's many things amiss with this interpretation. Was Christ reigning in His kingdom with His resurrected saints that didn't die yet before satan entered into Judas and got loosed? Before satan was bound at the start of Jesus's ministry, how was he deceiving the nations about Christ before Christ even came on the scene? For the whole purpose of the loosing was to allow the adversary to RESUME deceiving the nations after being bound a thousand years, not three years. Full preterism actually teaches that the millennium reign/binding of satan was a 40 year period from 30-70ad. Which is incorrect. But the version you presented has the reign/binding to be from 30-33ad. It appears that the full preterist position has some self-consuming, contradictory elements to it. Do you see where I'm coming from good brother? I think the points I raised are worthy of serious consideration at the very least. Thank you bro for your work in bringing in these topics. One more thing to my previous message Sade: The word "good tidings" in Isaiah 41:27 is the Hebrew word "בּשׂר" which also means Flesh. Isaiah 41:27 KJV - The first shall say to Zion, Behold, behold them: and I will give to Jerusalem one that bringeth good tidings. So the Jews should have understood John 1:1 and John 1:14 perfectly. Also the Jews in the first century should have understood these scriptures too of "good tidings " or made flesh "בּשׂר": Isaiah 61:1 KJV - The Spirit of the Lord GOD is upon me; because the LORD hath anointed me to preach good tidings unto the meek; he hath sent me to bind up the brokenhearted, to proclaim liberty to the captives, and the opening of the prison to them that are bound; Luke 4:18 KJV - The Spirit of the Lord is upon me, because he hath anointed me to preach the gospel to the poor; he hath sent me to heal the brokenhearted, to preach deliverance to the captives, and recovering of sight to the blind, to set at liberty them that are bruised, People were looking at the "flesh of Jesus " "בּשׂר": Luke 4:21 21And he began to say unto them, This day is this scripture fulfilled in your ears. The preterist concept holds true insofar as Jesus fulfilled all of the old covenant prophecies and is in procesd of fulfilling the prophecies concerning the reign & little season. Peace.

Great Question! I'm suggesting that the '1000 Years' is a primarily a representation of the ministry of Christ. That the '1000 Years' is symbolic of the fulfillment of His earthly ministry. The death on the cross was that fulfillment of the '1000 Years'.

A thought came to mind: If Acts 13:46 says, "we are turning to the Gentiles" and then 1 Thess. 2:16 says, "forbidding us to speak to the Gentiles", it would seem to indicate Acts was written prior to 1 Thess. But, if I remember correctly (I'll have to recheck), 1 Thess. (~AD 50) is said to be written prior to Acts (AD 60+). But, maybe only that part of Acts was written or occurred prior to that particular section of 1 Thess. 2?? Thoughts?

Thank You for the kind words! And Great Question! I personally always have to remind myself that Acts was written by Luke and it was written to Theophilus as a 'recap' of what had already happened. (Chapter 1 Verse 1) In other words...when we read The Book of Acts...we are already reading a History Book...Therefore: Luke wrote Acts 'after' Paul dealt with & wrote to the Thessalonians... That's why it is dated later than 1st Thessalonians. But the occurrences themselves that Luke wrote about... Were 'before' Paul dealt with & wrote to the Thessalonians. That's why the events are before he wrote Thessalonians. Hope that helps!

In Genesis we see one serpent, a “Satan”; an adversary. Just as Peter was called by Jesus a “Satan” for setting his mind on the things of man and not on the things of God. As Jesus comes upon the scene, the Second Adam, we’re now introduced to a whole “brood of vipers”. We continue to see a progression of the Satan unfolding as we see this brood becoming a dragon in Revelation; more bold and wicked against God having killed their Messiah have no more restraint in putting His children to death. The serpent goes from crawling on its belly at the feet of man to sitting in the seat of Moses as the head of the body of Israel.

Brother Shade nailed it. We in this new covenant age are not waiting for our salvation to be a reality. It's been that way since the new covenant age started. That doesn't mean that there isn't a future hope of glory to permeate this earthly realm. Cuz there is that hope which is really an expectation. For God has promised that His glory will cover the earth as the waters cover the sea. Obviously that is not a present reality. Our present reality in the earthly realm is one of gross evil, gross deception, and the ravages of war. This is a prophecy that is being literally fulfilled in front of our eyes. This is the little season of revelation 20. When this phase is over it's judgement time for the wicked and unjust. When that phase is over, then God's glory will cover the earth. I also just thought of t he futurists saying the man of lawlessness is going to come to sit in the temple. Scripture tells us that the man of lawlessness was in that time period as well (he is already sitting in the temple - or words to that effect), and there are MANY anti-Christs. The temple of God is your body. The man of lawlessness in today's time is you, if you sit on the throne in God's temple instead of God's Holy Spirit sitting on the throne. In KJV lingo, if you are not born again, or if you are walking in the flesh, it is the man of lawlessness sitting on that throne. If you walk according to the Spirit, it is God sitting on the throne in His temple--which is your body.

Hi, my wife and i watch this vid on her phone but i had a question of the timing. If John wrote revelation after Jesus' ascension and prior to the great tribulation and the audience was told a sequence of events they would experience (prophecy). The mark of the beast, the vials trumpets, ect are gonna happen prior to Jesus' return... then Jesus returns, satans is bound then loosed. If satan is bound then loosed way prior to the crucifixion ,tribulation, ect why is the audience at the time told something that aready happened is gonna happen?

So first, allow me to show some other Scriptures in Revelation that appear to be prior to Pentecost: Revelation 5:6 - Then I saw a Lamb, looking as if it had been slain, standing at the center of the throne It appears this is showing Jesus as a 'slain lamb'. That's at his death on the cross...before His resurrection...Yet this is included as part of the account of Revelation. Revelation 12:4 - And the dragon stood before the woman who was ready to be delivered to devour her child as soon as it was born. This appears to picture out the birth of Jesus and how Herod moved to have all the little ones harmed in an attempt to take out Jesus when He was a child...this is well before Pentecost. Revelation 1:19 - `Write the things that thou hast seen, and the things that are, and the things that are about to come after these things; Revelation seems to set up (in the above verse) a past, present and near future account. It appears to me that overall, the Book of Revelation is the account of Jesus from His birth to the destruction of the temple...it is called 'The Revelation of Jesus Christ'. And so I think that is why You are seeing things that had already happened being documented as part of The Book of Revelation. Hope this helps! Thanks again!

Revelation 17:10 says: 5 kings 'Are' dead; which means at the time that John wrote this, all '5' of those kings had died in the past. The 6th King was present at the time; the 7th was future. Luke 4:13 And when the devil had ended every temptation, he departed from him until an opportune time. Not a very good binding job if he departed for another opportune time. I don't see the 'loosing' as out of God's control... Rather, I see the 'loosing' as under God's control through Christ... Totally agree with you on God loosing. He’s the one who binds him. And can only release him from prison. The 1000 year thing though should always be understood as the same time frame. I don’t believe it is a literal 1000 year, but the fulfillment of blessing referenced in Deut 7:9 and psalm 105:7-9. They are the same time frame. Devil bound while Jesus Reigns along with the Saints because New Covenant is consummated and the Mosaic Covenant is has been fully done away with through Jesus’s rule over Israel and It’s transition during the 40 yrs. John 5:22-24. The 1000 yr reign is Jesus handing the kingdom back to the Father, and everything is now all in all and one. Ephesians 2 1 Cor 15:24-27. Jesus was in charge of all things for those 40 years and once that was complete we have reason to Honor Him as God. Also remember being seated in heavenly places is not the same as ruling with Christ. The 12 apostles were given thrones to judge all transition just like Moses and Aaron were, in which the Rebellion of Dathan Abiram and Korah rebelled against. Same scenario.

That is a possibility. I think the latter part of the 18th century is when satan was loosed. But I would be careful about pinning down the end of the little season to 2026, although it's possible. We all have been taught that satan is the name of a specific angelic being. In most bible translations satan is illustrated as the evil arch enemy of God and Christ. That this being initiated and commandeered a mutiny against God and thus started a war in the celestial realm. The loyal angels were able to successfully rid the heavely realm of satan by kicking him and his cohorts out and hurling them down to earth. And what he couldn't accomplish there, he set out and succeeded in his nefarious plans to make the earth his home base of operation. The rest as they say is history. But there's a big problem with that teaching. And that is that the bible dosen't identify such a personage named satan who they say was a former high ranking powerful spirit being under God. The bible teaches none of that. The word satan is from sawtanas which means adversary or opposer. The translators failed to translate sawtanas to adversary/opposer. Instead, they transliterated sawtanas to satan in the english translations. And then they botched up texts in Issiah and Ezekiel to create the myth of some majestic angel who went bad. So this mythical satan became the culprit in tempting and deceiving mankind to sin. It's not mankind's fault. The devil made "em do it. Flip Wilson agrees. So there's no mythical satan that introduced sin. Adam was the guy who started it. The carnal mind of mankind is the foremost satan/adversary/devil that has plagued this earth from the beginning. Christ came to destroy the works of the carnal mind that's at emnity/war/opposition to God. Any individual that opposes God is a satan. Any individual that acts as an adversary to God's ways is a satan. Any collective corporate entity that opposes God and His ways is a satan. The satan that deceived the nations in the 1st century and who's at it again now is the corporate organized entity whose fruits are seen in how they shaped society and the agendas in place to rid God and Christ from the consciousness of mankind. God is not engaged in some mythical cosmic battle. Mankind chose to eat of the tree of the KNOWLEDGE of good and evil. Mankind has been getting that education. And God uses it to show His character and power. How's that for an unorthodox view. Peace.

I don't find your reasoning on this point as compelling as on other points of preterism. But I still appreciate you examining this possibility too. Of course I would be happy to be wrong, but the present situations in the world today seem like monumental deception to me. I am not a premillennial dispensationalist, but I think some form of partial preterism my be the most accurate. The existence and ongoing deployment of modern technology seems a continuation of the the Watchers tech downloads to the children men, and is massively enabling deception as well as all other forms of evil. Yes, God uses some of it for good too, but the devil has far greater need of high technology and uses it to enable his designs far more than the kingdom of God does. Technology alone indicates to me that something is coming to a head.

I'm thinking that the 'loosing' is from the betrayal done by Judas...until the Temple was destroyed in 70AD...so about 35 to 38 years. Keep in mind, 'loosed' doesn't mean 'he is in charge'. All of this was still in God's control...much like the Book of Job shows us.

If the loosing was a 35-38 year time period, and the FP teaching is that the 1000 year reign was 40 years, that means that both the loosing and the reign occurred at about the same time with both ending in 70ad. In this view how could there be a little season? The bible says first the thousand years and AFTER is the little season of the loosing. So yes, he was 'loosed'...but he didn't take over or take charge...he wasn't handed the reign...much like in Job, his leash was extended, but only to the limit that God decreed. Also, if we are careful with verse 2 & 3, it technically doesn't say '1000 year reign'. It simply says 'a thousand years'. So if the 'thousand years' represents the victorious earthly ministry of Christ then 'after that 1000 years/earthly ministry' he is loosed, under God's sovereign direction...then I think the interpretation works quite decently and is not contradictory. This also makes sense of the Scripture that says 'a short work will the Lord make upon the earth'. It fits well into this interpretation. I admit, a lot hinges on how we view the 'loosing' and how we view the '1000 years'. But of course, that is true no matter what position we take. Thanks Bro!

TEMPLE, TEXAS . . . YES, it is very appropriate to use internal evidence to interpret scripture with scripture. Being that the Holy Spirit (HS) wrote the scripture through man, the HS knew what to have written within each book to enable us to have and believe all 66 books in order to properly interpret scripture and often the simplest answer is the best one even though it may not be spectacularly fanciful. This reminds me how many think Christianity is the cause of all wars even though wars are caused by economic pressure, resources, and cheap labor issues. Another deception is that they make people believe that the fighting is because of religious issues when the truth is that Gaza is a PORT region and they want control of it for profit. Even before the internet, I knew the truth because JFK on the PBS channel is shown to be shot right front instead of from the back of the head. Also, who filmed "One small step for man, one giant leap for mankind?" Did they first get off and set up a camera and stage the scene deceptively to make people think that was the initial steps out of the module? Google "List all New Testament miniscules," and you will see all of the Greek evidence for the KJV Bible, not just the Textus Receptus, Beza, or Schrivner Greek Text. There are 5,900 Greek texts in libraries and museums throughout the West hemisphere proving the 1769 King James Bible. "THEY," are bragging now and even profiting 📈 off of their bragging.

Yes, that is true...If You happen to have the time, I did a video called 'Satan Bound & Loosed'...I explain in my interpretation that in that temptation, the 'adversary' was bound...that's why Jesus says 'get behind me'...and Jesus also says, 'You cannot spoil the strong mans goods, unless you first "bind" the strongman'. I think Satan was released around 70AD. Jesus bound Satan during His ministry. It was in and around 70AD that Satan was released to decieve the nations, Rev, 20:7-10.

"Works of the law" is an idiom for oral law - man's rules. This is verified in the dead sea scrolls. True believers keep the law of YHVH. His people have a heart to obey Him unlike old physical Israel.

If adulterers and gays were stoned our civilization would be far far better off. They have the chance to repent, but if they are defiant scripture says to get rid of the evil (not coddle the evil and let it get a foot hold like cancer). The disobedient child law was said to be more of a warning and was never used. It also applied to adult children, not little kids. All of YHVH's law was for our good (that is love). Our society crumbles today because of nobody standing up for righteousness and truth and letting evil and filth pervade every nook and cranny. We need to protect our households and children from it. But first we must be able to define it and take action against it - this is brotherly love according to Lev 19:18 - You shall indeed reprove your brother.

​@ShadeStoneMusic I don't believe it was a physical reign on earth either. I believe it was a heavenly reign where Christ and the saints reigned from there over the earth. I think it's possible that the saints were able to traverse both realms. There's an interesting point I believe in Leviticus where the priests when they ministered in God's presence in the sanctuary, they were required to wear fine white linen clothing and when ministering outside of there, they were required to wear woolen garments. In my view, the priests typified the role of the saints as kings and priests. When the priests were wearing the white linen clothing, it typified the saints in their resurrected glorified body. And the priests when wearing the woolen clothing typified changing their appearance to flesh and bone bodies when ministering on earth.

The first one I was standing outside waiting for my wife while she was purchasing something. The street was pretty void of people. All of a sudden this little man in raggedy clothes approached me. He said not one word. He had a little paperback book and he was pressing it against me for me to take it. Which I did. I then reached into my pocket to give him a donation. He said not a word but just shook his head no. Then he turned around and took a couple of steps and disappeared. I mean disappeared like that old sitcom Bewitched except no nose twinkling. He just got gone! I'll never forget it. Just a day or two before that experience I prayed to know and understand the who, what, and why concerning Jesus Christ. The name of the book that the little man gave me was "Steps to Christ". Back then I thought it was an angel visitation. But now I'm wondering if it was a saint visitation. Jesus did say that those worthy of the resurrection would be like the angels. Very possible. The second experience was at a time I was out of work and desperate for a job. I had a wife and one kid at that time to support. There was a job opportunity that fit me like a glove and I fervently prayed that God would grant that request. So I got the application and filled it out. I was called for an interview the next day. My interviewer turned out to be a very sweet, kind, stately almost majestic looking woman around 30ish. I was 23 at the time. She was very excited to talk to me and at the end of the interview she said "I believe you're the young man we're looking for. Someone will call you shortly." Her name was Elouise Fletcher. I was called that afternoon from someone else in human resources and was offered the job. I was asked to report the next day to sign the papers. After signing the papers the next day, I wanted to see Elouise to say thank you. So I asked this other woman who had me sign the papers if I could see Elouise Fletcher. She looked perplexed and said to me "Who? Nobody by that name works here and never did." I immediately dropped the subject, thanked her, and went home. I started the job that following Monday. Again I thought wow two angels in two weeks! Now I'm thinking two glorified saints in two weeks. Both unforgettable experience and both with God's fingerprints on them. Peace.

Absolutely right. There is no mythological evil spirit being named satan. The word satan means adversary. Collectively at that time the high priest was the satan/adversary. Individually, the satan/adversary is the fleshly carnal mind which is at emnity to God. The high priest satan was not loosed when he conspired with Judas. Nor was the high priest satan bound in the wilderness of Jesus's temptation. The Judean leadership was the satan in the 1st century. He was never bound in that period of time until 70ad when he was slain in the war of 70ad and his system was forever destroyed. Today the satan has been on the loose but it's not the same exact system of the 1st century. The old covenant arrangement was destroyed. The new covemant age after the thousand years of advancing and dominant chridtianity, the satan has been loosef and has been deceiving the nations who were once dominated by christianity as imperfect as it was, to rejecting God and Christ altogether. That's where we're at right now.
