Turn that frown upside down, for God allows things like this to happen so we can become stronger in our faith. Being in a relationship with a nonbeliever can definitely bring you down with your walk with God. I understand how you may feel, for I too had a relationship with an ungodly woman. Though as Corinthians 6:14 states, "Be ye not unequally yoked together with unbelievers: for what fellowship hath righteousness with unrighteousness? and what communion hath light with darkness?". Things definitely get better from this point, God is looking out for you by not allowing such relationship to continue, because it may cause more problems in the future such as if marriage took place with this person. I'm certain that God has someone special picked out for you, that will encourage you to bring glory to our father's name. I have experienced this right now and last year. Before, I was fit and now I became Skinny because of stress and overthinking and depression. This is so true! I experienced this with a guy that tried to talk me into NOT believing in God anymore, even though I was raised in a Christian home. He twisted the word of God and tried to convince me to sin so he could get physically intimate with me. It was tough because I fought back and listened to his lies. Took a little time, several nudges of the holy spirit, and for God to move that person out of state to set me free! Praise God that mess is over and my relationship with God is strengthened.

I tricked him into an immoral relationship for almost 4 years before he eventually broke up with me. I felt so ashamed and defeated when God showed me my truth, but He choses the very best moment to reveal Himself to you. That humilliation was necessary for me to understand God's plan for my life and where He wanted me to go from that point. And when you hit rock bottom, there's only one way: up. But who better to help us be lifted than the one who already is up there in Heaven? 😫 I just experienced this starting at the beginning of the year, until 2 weeks ago. I don't understand. I prayed about the person & the situstion. I cried to God. I got on my knees & I asked for help. Yet the situation & the person got worse. What I am most angry & upset about, is ME. That I knew better, but didn't walk away early on. That I wasn't strong enough to stop the situation. And worse, to know that I went along, my own actions & my own choices to continue in the situation. I confessed & repented. I accept God's mercy, grace & forgiveness. I even told the person I forgive them, but they can no longer be apart of my life. My memories haunt me. I have to learn to forgive myself.

@3:47-4:17 hit me in the throat because I know so many people who have those qualities, but I wouldn't call them evil. I'd call them half steppers. But its also very truthful. There's a lot of Christians that dabble back and forth and have bad habits that could easily be fixed if they'd turn themselves around and do what God calls them to do but they're selfish. They want to live their life believing and not applying the extra hard work you have to put in to be a better Christian. When some Christians hear some of the things they have to give up or do they clam up. This video is so good and so true. I overcome by the blood of the Lamb and the word of my testimony. Jesus Christ delivered me from a toxic marriage to a narcissist. I am grateful I was able to walk away from that relationship with minimal damage. This man portrayed himself to be a Believer and I believe his primary objective was to pull me away from Christ and from my purpose. But to God be the glory, it actually drew me closer to God through prayer, fasting, and seeking God through His Word. Today, I'm walking in the calling and the gifts (purpose) that God designed for me when before him and our marriage I wasn't exactly sure what my purpose was. So although that season of my life was devastating, because of my relationship with Christ Jesus, my Heavenly Father, and Holy Spirit, I am truly living the life I never knew before. I truly desire to be a light in this dark world that others who have experienced this unfortunate experience can see that through Christ there is healing and deliverance. And just as it is written in Romans 16:20, The God who brings peace will soon defeat Satan and give you power (victory) over him. Thank you Pastor Mark for this powerful message. Shalom 🙏🏾

If they don't want to listen all you can do is pray for them. Don't keep sharing with them if they are refusing you, Matthew 7:6. But keep praying and being a light through your actions

I thought about this before, the topic in this video, and wondered if that's what happened to me. I felt like I was being weakened in my walk with Christ when I was dating a Christian guy I was falling in love with. But it's so hard to say. I don't want to blame the confusion and anxiety and insecurities and doubts on what the guy was doing. We wrestle not against flesh and blood, but the adversary, the devil, Satan, who deceives, can still get in there and control things. I don't want to say that this guy was being used or swayed or blinded or deceived by wickedness to get at my heart to destroy my godly walk in the Lord, but maybe that's what was happening. I loved him and wanted him to be happy. But somehow, after being with him, I began to question myself and who I was in Christ, and felt devastated after the break up, where I almost committed suicide. I know that the guy would never take accountability for my thoughts and feelings. He would say that I had much worse things to deal with than just a break up with him. Perhaps that is true. But he also abandoned me and wanted nothing to do with me when I told him how hurt and confused he made me feel. The only thing he did to help me was give me a suicide hotline number and said this is beyond his capability of helping. And yet, he called himself a Christian, and said he loved me and thought I was the One. And then chose to not pursue me because of whatever reasons he had to give me at the time. I felt what he did was not Christian-like at all, but cruel. But maybe I am all wrong. I feel that I was wronged by someone who I fell in love with, and I believe God is a Just God, and there will be justice. The crazy thing is, I wish I could have another chance with this guy. It has been two years, and I've grown and matured and changed in leaps and bounds in God's Word and much stronger, spiritually, in my walk in Christ. So I believe things would be different and better, without insecurities and anxiety, and godly love would flourish and abound. Mark!!! What is your perspective on this?
