One reason why I love Blaxploitation movies is the fact from being so low budget they had to film on site and have the actors wear their own clothes, meaning that you can see how the environment really looked in the early 70s. Seriously, watching the old Blaxploitation movies is a good way to do research on that time period.

The one thing I hated about these movies is that all the car chases, crashes and explosions are from 1960-1967 and the motion picture is from the 70’s. No 1973 Cadillacs or Lincoln’s or Buicks getting jacked up. Otherwise great kill count 👍
