Don't forget the SCIM method! 🥸 Doing these circles manually is either tedious or zen, subject to your mood. For large projects, I would rather let my CPU do the repetitive math, import it, and then make adjustments in-game. (Your earlier tips on aligning two road ends using the beam was very helpful!)

I’ve never really been a SCIM user. But I’ll pin this comment so other people know it exists. SCIM is the satisfactory calculator interactive map website, people. it’s pretty great.

Thanks for the pin! SCIM is a very different way of doing similar things. It's good at automating large, repetitive structures with precision to a fraction of a degree. The interface is filling out a form, so that means visualizing what the numbers mean. Making curves was confusing at first, but with a little practice it proved to be an extremely useful tool. Sometimes, knowing more than one way of doing a task creates opportunities!

I most commonly use the x method for full buildings, the barrier method to "round off" corners, the train rail method for odd angled curves, and the pob method for any beam circles.. great video bruddah

It's Satisfactory. You're going to have to do a lot of math just to play the game. Or don't do any math and have a high chaos run where things don't work very well. It's a game, have fun.
