I can still see that thing clinging to my shower scrub mitt and it's antennae poking over it. I have lived in Houston and New Orleans my entire life, roaches are not a new thing to me. But by God that thing was huge and given the chance it would have flown at me!

Great stuff, Chris. It's amazing how much dirt and filth you pulled out of those seats and carpet. Question: Do you use an ozone generator to eliminate smells in cars like this where there has been a lot of smoking? I find my ozone generator to be invaluable when it comes to cars like that. Keep up the great work!

Wow, you made me remember the time my ex-wife left our mini van over a barred sewerage system on the road since there was no more parking while she was taking our kids to their taekwondo class. After several weeks, we were going out with the kids and two little ones came out of the frontal A/C. We were amazed of that since we never have food or candies in our cars and then she remembered where she had our minivan parked. I called one of my friends who is an exterminator to place a roach bomb and traps for them to bite just in case. My friend told me that apparently one got in and was about to put the eggs. The roaches were basically located only in the front and they made their way through the A/C maybe she left the incoming air vents open or it came when she opened the door. Man, when the bomb started there were like 20 of those little ones coming out. Days later, everytime we were in the minivan we jumped as soon as we felt something when what we felt was a mosquito. Your life is always scarred by that moment. Totally disgusting. I have 2 customers that I was detailing their cars and had roaches in the trunk, so yes I know exactly how you feel brother. New to the channel !!! At that point when the roach popped up, I would’ve burned the car and bought the owner a new car. Excellent job on the detail. Grab a bottle of folex from Walmart or Home Depot. That should kill those stubborn stains. Works awesome!

An excellent job! You really cleaned up this vehicle very well! Twenty plus years of smoke, sweat, passing gas and whatnot. I mentioned about a tornado 🌪 for the car interior, check out Autoshine UK here on KZbin, he just used it on a recent detailing, it will give you an idea what he does while detailing. It will give you food for thought, and possibly make you a better detailer, not that you are bad, but give you ideas in how to incorporate it into your own detailing business. I was definitely impressed how you cleaned up the center console and shifter, you made it look like new!
