Treat yourself to the ultimate chocolate delight with our Satisfyingly Good Triple Chocolate Bliss Cake! Watch us create this rich, mouth-watering dessert, featuring layers of moist chocolate cake, creamy chocolate frosting. So satisfyingly good, its hard to walkway and not get another slice!
Cake Ingredients:
2 cup all-purpose flour
2 cup granulated sugar
2 tsp baking powder
1 tsp baking soda(
2/3 cup cocoa powder (sifted iif possible)
1 tsp salt
4 eggs
1 1/3 cup hot water
1/2 cup vegetable oil or butter
2 tsp vanilla extract
Instructions:
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease and flour 2 8-inch round cake pans.
In a large mixing bowl, combine the flour, cocoa powder, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt. Mix well.
Add the eggs, hot water, vegetable oil or butter, and vanilla extract to the dry ingredients. Beat the mixture on medium speed for about 2 minutes or until the batter is smooth.
Pour the batter into the prepared cake pan and spread it evenly. Gentle tap to allow air pockets to rise up
Bake in the preheated oven for approximately 30 to 35 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
Remove the cakes from the oven and let it cool in the pan for about 10 minutes., before transferring onto display plate and adding frosting.

Chocolate Frosting Ingredients:
2 cup chocolate chips(semi-sweet)
1 cup milk
1/2 cup dark cocoa powder (sifted if possible- to ensure no lumps)
1/2 cup butter
1 cup granulated sugar(
4 tablespoons corn starch
2 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions:
In a medium-sized saucepan, combine the chocolate chips, milk, dark cocoa powder, unsalted butter, granulated sugar, vanilla extract and corn starch.
Place the saucepan over low heat and stir continuously until the ingredients are melted and well combined. Make sure to stir constantly to prevent burning and ensure smooth consistency.
Cook the mixture on low heat for about 5 to 7 minutes, stirring continuously. Remove saucepan from heat once It starts to thicken and become glossy and let cool down for 5 to 10 minutes.
Transfer the frosting to a bowl and let it cool completely. in the refrigerator for about 2 to 3 hours.
Once cooled down, frosting is ready to be lathers onto the cakes!
Use and left over frosting to drizzle over you serving. Enjoy!!!
