As our parents age, it's almost non-stop worry and heartache. My dad and parents in law are in their 90s. Every time the phone rings and it's them, my stomach turns over in fear.

Just caught up with your mukbang. Those wraps look amazing. I was about to ask you about Joan , but you have answered my question. Wishing both mums well. I lost my dad when I was 11 and mum when I was 41. It makes you feel like an orphan, whatever age you are. Lost my beautiful mother in law last year too, as well as both aunt and uncle getting dementia. That feels equally like a loss. I’ve been blessed knowing them all. And treasure taking my father in law shopping and keeping him going. Going through all my photos and seeing all the beautiful memories. Just been away to Bexhill for our wedding anniversary ( 32 years). See you on the next vlog. Take care both of you, can’t believe you’re going through this awful situation!! Stay strong guys xx
