I don't know if you have any problems with it or know this but pickle juice will run you BP up. I've a few times had to drink it to bring mine back up

Thank you my friend. Very aware of it especially at 68 years old . And I did find that out the hard way a few years ago by over doing it.So I take a small 1/2 shot before and or during the work and it helps a lot.More importantly you have no idea how much I appreciate you with the heads up.I mean that sincerely Thank you 😊👍
