A lot of people mad at you, but people only see surface value. No one knows what it’s like behind the scenes. No one knows what the contracts and fine print says. I’m sure Fouad thinks as a business owner he made a reasonable offer and that’s fine, but if you don’t think that contract respects your value that’s fine too. You don’t owe anyone an explanation on what you deem your self worth. What business between you and Fouad is between you and Fouad. Still a fan of you both

Here’s how I look at this with Justin, leaving Hosstile/Fouad. It’s his business why he left, and Fouad obviously gave a very vague explanation as to why Justin departed. But I think the most modest and respectful thing Justin could do, is at least provide some brief explanation to his followers, as to what led to his decision for his departure. I think, by providing an explanation, shows professionalism, and also provides closure, because the way I see it, quite a few people are disgruntled with Justin, leaving after everything Fouad did for him. Because if it wasn’t for Hosstile and Fouad, I never even knew who Justin was until he did his first interview with Fouad two years ago. So, if Justin is reading this post or his wife, Jasmine, show some mutual respect by addressing the situation, or provide some insight, would show your true character, versus just allowing Fouad to tell the audience. We’re not asking for you to give us every little detail, but a brief description of why your decision in the middle of a prep, after just signing a 5-year contract extension in March. If Justin is everything what people thinks he is, then prove it. Otherwise, then deal with the criticism and backlash, and potential loss of your fan-base.

@@ThatHaloDude89 You obviously struggle with reading comprehension issues. No one made any demands that Justin “owes” anyone anything, but if it wasn’t for Fouad’s sponsorship and podcast, then no one would really even know who Justin is. You seemingly don’t understand that.

For one I never signed the 5yr contract so maybe consider that as one issue as to why I left. Secondly I will absolutely address this. It’s only been 12hrs, I’m doing it when I feel it’s the right time. It was no longer a healthy situation for me to be in, so I did what was right for me and my family. Sometimes in business hard decisions are made, that doesn’t mean anyone’s character is in question here.

@@JustinShier So, I watched your video response to Fouad that you made the other day. Let me just preface by saying I don’t think you’re a disingenuous person and I believe that you have to do things for the better interest of your own livelihood, like you indicated in the above post. That said, I do think it is a ‘bad look’ to leave the way you did, regardless of your contract. The way you resigned from Hosstile, makes it seem like that you’re venturing onto another competitor and/or you were using Hosstile as leverage for your own betterment. Regardless, to me, it’s a risky move to resign from a supplement company when you’re two months away from your first pro debut, and it would seem you wouldn’t want this type of distraction when this is a crucial part of your life. So that’s why it makes it seem like you have ulterior motives in some ways. Am I being a bit presumptuous? Maybe. But I guess time will tell to see exactly what you do.

My only argument around not focusing on "perfect" form is that you are trying to control how the body moves rather then letting it move itself. Once you add in some ballistic movement "sloppy form" you are actually recruiting new fibers that start to work together as well. This could only be seen as beneficial in my opinion. I've also torn my teres minor and wasn't able to connect to my shoulder girdle properly anymore for almost 2 years till I started getting frustrated which brought me to training ballistic. This lit up my pec again and felt fantastic. There's no "optimal" to training...just the tool of using variance and how often we want to stay in certain patterns.

He has fans for a reason. He shouldn’t portray as a person if he can’t live up to it. He shouldn’t act like a good guy on public media if he’s going to not be loyal and explain himself. If he doesn’t like it then don’t be a public figure. That’s how he makes it as a bodybuilder. Living his life as a snake
@TheFBerger
@TheFBerger Жыл бұрын
@@drewshidler1939 fouad said that justin needed a change in direction. He is older and does not have a ton of time in bodybuilding so maybe being locked in for a 5year contract started to feel like he sold his whole career away and wouldnt allow him to explore all of the bodybuilding industry. It doesnt mean he is a snake dude. It isnt like this is his 5th company. Your level of expectations are what keep people from progressing in life. "Homies cant leave the hood if they are moving up in life because that would be disloyal to the people around him" type of bullshit. Grow up dude, you obviously haven't experienced enough life yet to understand things are complicated, and that your expectations of someone else's life doesnt mean a damn thing
