Thank you for explaining how you ultimately removed the hub from the steering knuckle. Most videos that cut away when 'things get difficult' don't bother to explain what they did that produced the desired result. You explained it very well. MUCH appreciated.

My research on the axle nut torque yielded 2 results for Saturn Ions: 81 foot-pounds [plus 35 degrees] and 155 foot-pounds. Will the REAL specification please stand up?

South main Auto did a video on a GM, not a Saturn, he removed a lug bolt and replaced it with a standard bolt with a nut behind the hub and ran that in to push the hub out of it's housing. Thanks for posting this as I think I've got this job in my near future on my wife's 2003 Saturn Ion Quad coup.

Where did you get the bearings. I’m looking to buy two for both my front wheels Where can I find them for a good deal

I’m in Canada so I got them at a place called APC Autoparts… they distribute to dealerships and garages… if you are in the states you can comparatively get a good price anywhere. We pay double the USA price for price.
