Tried today, supppeer yum. Told my parents later on that it has no ghee, refined sugar and milk. They could not notice any difference in taste. Healthwise perfect and richer in taste 💐💐👍👌☺️☺️☺️Thanks Subhaaa😍🤗

Ingredients : 4 Cup carrots🥕 20 kesar 1/2 Cup khajur 1/2 Cup Coconut 1/2 Gud powder 1 tsp elaichi powder 1/4 tsp sendha namak 1 tsp lemon juice For toppings : 1/2 Cup badaam 2 tbsp Pista 1/4 Cup Kaaju Thank me later 😜

I tried this recepie yesterday as my anniversary dessert ....it came out amazing My husband was surprised to ķnow that there was no milk or ghee used in it Just a tip ... reduce the lemon quantity if u are planning to serve it hot

We made this Satvic Gajar ka Halva. It's delicious and healthy. We made this recipe in every winter with normal way but believe me we will not find difference in taste. Thanks a lot for educating us and spreading Satvic movement.

We usually add normal milk but in satvic cooking we don't. I suggest you to try this method, I am sure you won't find difference

Nothing is more precious than health though. You understand the value of health when you get diseases. Then you desperately get yourself checked pop pills and try to find diet which suits you best. Healthy diet might be expensive but trust me it is better than regular hospital visits and taking 10 pills a day which cost sky high.

Love your content and recipes. Your way of explaining things motivates us. I want to ask about satvic food for office going people. What about snacks for us. Having a little amount of nuts & makhanas doesn’t help me when i am away from home too long. Please advice & suggest some office Snacks & lunch ideas

Hi Pratiksha, For snacks, you carry vegetable juices, seasonal fruits, or coconut slices to the office. We suggest you have your grain meal when you can have it freshly prepared or within 3-5 hours of cooking. Plan your meal accordingly. If you can have it this way, then eat your grain meal at lunch. Otherwise, have a full plate of salad at lunch. This way you can have all of your meals freshly prepared. Hi Sumeet, You can cook bhindi just like you cook other vegetables. Cook it in little boiling water just for 5-10 mins and it's ready to be eaten. When bhindi is cooked using just water, it becomes sticky and that is completely normal and safe to eat. You just have to get used to the sticky texture. You may add some boiled potatoes or arbi to the sabzi to make it more appetizing. You can have nuts sparingly. Remember that nuts are as difficult to digest as grains since they are water poor in nature. Eating too many nuts can even be constipating. Always make sure that you soak them before eating because this brings them from a dormant to an active state. If you are currently curing a disease, then avoid nuts until you are fully cured.

🙏जय श्री कृष्ण 🙏 आपकी हलवे की विधि बहुत बहुत अच्छी है। मैं जरूर बनाऊंगी।दो,चार दिन पहले ही आपके यूट्यूब वीडियो देखने लगी हूं। देखकर मैं बहुत खुश हूं।अब मैं ऐसे ही खाना बनाने की कोशिश करती हूं।सबके लिए। वैसे तो मैं सात्विक भोजन बनाती हूं मतलब बिना प्याज, लहसुन,बेगन और मशरूम का।सिंधा नमक ही काफी सालों से इस्तेमाल करती हूं।दुध और दुध से बने पदार्थ बनाते हैं। मेरे घर में भगवान के कृपा से बीमारियां ना के बराबर है, लेकिन मेरे पति को मधुमेह है।रोज सुबह रात को भिगोकर मेरी दाने खाली पेट देती हूं तो शायद उसी वजह से कंट्रोल में है।पर अब बिना तेल की सब्जी बनाने की कोशिश करूंगी। मिट्टी की हांडी साफ करने का तरीका भी बताना जी और आपकी व्यंजनों की किताब हिंदी में है? मुझे हिंदी में चाहिए।🙏 कृपा करके बताना। आपके सात्विक सारे विडियो के लिए बहुत बहुत शुक्रिया जी।😍जय श्री कृष्ण 🙏
