@Satvic Movement - *Correction* on your understanding on *Pressure Cooker*. First, *congratulations* for the satvic movement, its really inspiring. Cooking on high temperatures doesn't destroy the nutrients, cooking for a longer period, destroys it. You took 7 min high and 3 min low to cook baby potatoes. It can achieved in 2-3 mins on medium heat cooking in pressure cooker. Stainless steel pressure cookers are better than clay pots. They are practical, economical, cooks in less time. Clay pots are not standerdized, good ones r very costly, economical ones if we take, those don't cook evenly, tears down easily. Hope you take this positively and encourage cooking in a stainless steel pressure cooker. It adds a lot of practicality to your videos and still more people will follow. Namaskarams.

They had a post on it 1.2tbsp cacao butter 2.1.5tbsp cacao powder 3.1tbsp kakvi/liquid Jaggery Use double boiler method to melt the butter till 47 deg C Add cacao powder and Jaggery let it cool to 27 degree C Reheat the mixture till 31 Degree C and pour into moulds

I made satvic samosas by baking the outer covering and making it with atta and the potato filling without oil, it was really good, crispy and browned too because I brushed the covering with almond milk. 😊 Hope that idea helps.😃

Honest feedback: I tried the satvik baingan bharta recipe and here’s my honest feedback- The overall taste is slightly different from the authentic baingan bharta flavour- it could be because I don’t have earthenwares but if i have to rate the overall taste of this recipe… I give it a 9/10. They tell that we can’t re heat food. We have to through it away and we only have to cook little at one time. Which is not practical. They talk about detox but we live in cold area we can’t follow that in winters and there is no sun for sun bath.

I thought we cannot eat brinjal ( baingan) in satvic lifestyle .. Whenever I have to, I ate it with guilt and didn’t eat in my whole pregnancy and now also after baby’s birth .. but now m feeling free .. we can eat it in satvic way .. 👍🏻

It's best to avoid brinjal. Occasionally maybe fine but as far as I know, brinjal has components which are bad for the body, specially for small children.
