This and the Asics Superblast are two best shoes on the market IMO. Immense energy return even for a fat slob like me (5' 10" 185)

Still the best shoe in my race day list. This is the best shoe I've ever had, I use it for speed work, long runs, races from 5k to 50k+ and it has held PBs for me every time I run in it. There is no better shoe on the market but a lot do the same thing, just without the versatility. If you have one shoe to rule them all, the Endorphin Pro 3 is the one and it's easily comfortable enough for a marathon ... -)

well since your half marathon PB is just 78 minutes, i have to take your words for granted. what a great time. you seem to be a very capable runner. i am using the saucony speed 3 for my intervall workouts. the pro 3 should arrive in a few days. have you also used the speed 3? if so, how would you compare it to the pro 3? thanks 🙂

@@DaveTheRunner when it comes to road work shoes, it’s not too easy finding an unsightly aesthetic model that grabs your attention? Tough one for me. What comes to mind is trail shoes. Some of them are just outrageously obscure. But they get the job done. So I guess the style hardly matters, I suppose? I’ll be a sport and answer you. I’ll say the hoka carbon x 3 looks a bit contrary to what one sees as “norm”.
