Bangalore से कई कंपनियाँ यहाँ पुणे आयेंगी (water crisis के पहले भी कई Companies Bangalore से अलग-अलग Cities में शिफ्ट हो रही थीं/हैं)। यह कहना गलत होगा कि water crisis की वजह से Pune shift हो रही हैं। शायद ऐसा इसलिए भी कहा जा रहा होगा जिससे लोग Pune में तेज़ी से Real Estate खरीदें। अफवाह पर भरोसा ना करें, जबतक पुख़्ता खबर ना आए। क्योंकि Pune में पानी के साथ साथ तमाम समस्यायें हैं। Authorities पानी के आपूर्ति के मामले में तो पूरी तरह फेल हैं पुणे में।

ऐसा कोई notification gov. की तरफ़ से नहीं आया है, ना ही कोई न्यूज आई है। ज्यादातर March में Stamp Duty बढ़ने की खबर इसलिए फैलायी जाती है। जिससे ज्यादा से ज्यादा agreement किया जा सके और March closing अच्छे से हो सके। कई बार buyer भी tax saving के चलते financial year ending पर Registration कराना चाहते हैं। हाँ ये ज़रूर है अक्सर Gov. April में Ready Reckoner Rates में बढ़ोत्तरी करती है, पर इसबार करेगी कि नहीं यह fix नहीं है। Ready Reckoner यानी की किसी भी जगह का circle rate (gov. rate)

@@hiteshgujarathi4636 Itna issue to suna nahi hai. Pashan is older so I don't think there should be issues but off course it mostly depends if your building is high rise. High rise rahega to tanker aata hi hai. Any area which is old and fully developed shouldn't mostly have problems. Also check the density of people living in project.

PMC has failed to deliver good service to the Citizens of Pune. On top of it additional 34 villages are added and they are frustrated by the services given by PMC. No proper roads, waste management, traffic management and pollution control. It’s totally a big mess PMC has done. Most of the villages added later are still dependent on tanker water supply.

देखिए मुद्दे की बात करते हैं, तो अभी election सर पर है। तो जाहिर है फाटाफट Pune Metro Extension की रूपरेखा खींच दी गई (announce कर दी गई), जो लंबे समय से demand की जा रही थी। अभी Fund allocate होने और काम चालू होने में आराम से 1-साल से ज़्यादा का समय निकल जाएगा। फिर काम चालू होने से पहले यदि alternate route / bypass roads पर काम नहीं किया गया, तो नगर रोड और सोलापुर highway पर traffic की समस्या और खतरनाक हो जाएगी। और अगर 1-साल बाद काम चालू हो भी जाए तो complete होने में कम से कम 3-4 साल और लग ही जाएँगे। यानी कुल मिला कर Wagholi तक Metro का सपना 2029-2030 तक पूरा हो सकता है।
